The most shocking thing they did was entering my flat 3 times without a previouse arrangement or any notice. The last time when I broke the lease with them was when I woke up with a man in my flat! . The repairs took so many emails and phone calls to be done. When I left the home they charged me 300 pounds for light bulbs that was not working when I moved in. I am a former tenant, i would not recommend working with them, im the case you had to rent from them triple check your check in report and check out report, they will try to take your money. Have every communication in writing, i had phone conversation and was told that this will be noted, and these notes "disappeared" when it was check out time.
All in all bad experience felt like a scam at the end.

The mirror was broken when i moved in that's why it was changed in the first place. And that is exactly what i was talking about the one star is not about just the mirror it is about the entire experience including the mirror, the unprofessional checkin checkout process, the accusations of 2 missing tables that ended up not being missing after i sent some pictures.... We've been chasing them since we moved in about repairs within our flat and there is no response, no update and no progress on repairs. Also, two of three building elevators don't work. The third is always breaking down. I would avoid working with this agency and the building. The building has a ton of issues and the agency doesn't advocate on behalf of tenants to get anything fixed.... Read more

The worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Highly unprofessional; they never sent the Tenancy agreement signed by the landlord, no matter how much I asked. They try to force sales to the point of lying, lying about value, lying about things landlords say, lying about whatever they can get away with, really. Trying to get them to return the deposit took over half a year, over 10 calls, and even more emails. They violated their own contract myriad ways. PLEASE, PLEASE do not use icon Residential. I have friends who have had similarly TERRIBLE experiences (I plan on getting them to write reviews shortly). When I spoke to the landlords themselves, they had nothing good to say either. Icon only wants one thing-- your money, and they will spew whatever rubbish they can to get it. Steve, Bobbie, Kevin, they are all as lowdown, cheating, and contempt-worthy as one another.
