Have used this estate agency for years because Karen gets things done. You can ring any time and if shes not available at the time she always gets back to you. When i've had issues with properties I rented Karen has always made sure the landlord got straight on the case and sorted things out. Polite, professional, always goes the extra mile. Her name is on the door for a reason...... Read more

We had used Karen's Estate Agents for years to act as letting agent / property manager for an address in Acocks Green. When it came to sell, it seemed sensible to carry on using this excellent agent. Once the property was vacant, Karen did a seller's survey pointing out where we could add value by undertaking works on the inside and out. Remarkably, we were able to use workmen tried and trusted by Karen and the house was stripped back, replastered and a new kitchen put in Once the house was sorted, Karen did all the work to get it on the market, found a buyer within days and chased all the parties until the sale went through From start to finish we could not have asked for more of her...firstly as a property manager for over a decade, secondly for gicvng us money-making advice on the makeover. Thirdly for managing the makeover, which was a godsend as we no longer live in the area. Fourthly for ensuring the makeover was value for money - what we spent we got back three times over in the increased sale price. And finally in getting a buyer, sorting the solicitors, acting as liaison for all parties and ensuring an early completion Karen was fast, professional, caring and knowledgable throughout. We would have NO hesitation in recommeding her and her services, whether selling or as property manager Be wary of poor reviews from disgruntled tenants with an axe to grind. You WILL NOT find a better estate agent / property manager. Great value too 5 stars all day long...... Read more

Karen’s estate agents wasted 3 months of my time (and solicitor’s and surveyor fees) by choosing not to disclose Japanese knotweed until contract exchange date. Completely unprofessional and incompetent in my opinion. Avoid.... Read more

I found Karens to be friendly, proffesional and compitent. I chose Karens estate agents, because of Karen herself. well i could write a book, 1) rent house ave issues tells me i will contact land lord, goes on for months then find out person im talking to karen owns house there is no land lord shes it.. 2) try to get broken window fixed , ignores me so explain if theres a accident i will take her to court, her reply...i will say you never told me... leaking roof, mould you name it.. i stopped paying her rent in the end , and she took me to court and whilst i owed money she tried to get me to pay for things that made no sense and trashed house after i moved house and told court it was my mess.. comedian, do not entertain using this place theres names for people like this...
