A Home-Buyer

Where do I start? Drives have no weed suppressant so weeds are uncontrollable. The workmen swear smoke and are generally anti social. Letter received from anonymous @ Keepmoat telling us not to make use of our visitor parking because the workmen need it! Very poor service from the sales team, unhelpful and unfriendly (with the exception of Theresa) emails ignored or passive aggressive replies. One member late every single day. Their Customer Care team is rude and unhelpful, taking ten days to reply to emails. Our pavements are all damaged because heavy vehicles are parking their for 8 hours a day. Communal garden areas a disgrace with weeds, show room gardens are of course immaculate. Workmen start at 7am instead of 8am. Large vehicles parked outside our homes with the engines running for upwards of half an hour at a time. Once you’ve bought they don’t care. Shame on them... Read more
