I worked with Diane Yates a paralegal solicitor at Neilsons firm and Linda Gill her assistant who was incredibly helpful. I found both of them highly proficient, reliable and extremely resourceful in assisting me in finding the best Buy To Let property to purchase first in Edinburgh in 2018 with Diane and recently in Glasgow and Aberdeen. They both worked tirelessly in offering me useful analysis on what property would be viable and would generate the best investment. They were both quite patient in offering analysis on quite competitive price offers, and generating good background statistics of viable buy to let properties. There was a lot of bidding to be done which was carried out diligently and professionally meeting required time scales. The above assistance they offered me allowed me to purchase the best priced property with the best rental income. In contrast with previous experiences, with others, the process of selling my home and buying a new one with Neilsons has been incredibly smooth. Their selling interface which shows how many times the ESPC advert has been clicked on and when all the upcoming viewing have been scheduled, gave me a sense of being in control and the helpfulness of Caron, Aidan, Suzie, and Jade (amongst others) was much appreciated.
