Went in with my partner to see the different builds available. Firstly we was welcomed by a rude women who thought she was better than everyone else whilst she looked down her nose at us. I asked to look at the 4 bedroom for her reply to be "you do know that these are ex amount" I assured her I already knew the price for her to then to reply "have use got your mortgage in place for it they are expensive" Maybe this women shouldn't look down her nose as people and judge a book by its cover. We was walking in their that day to purchase one of the 4 bedrooms that was getting developed. We both are very young but what the lady didn't realise is that this would be our second property that we was purchasing! This women should not be in a customer service role as she's obviously is to stuck up her own A*** . Maybe if you don't judge a book by its cover my purchase would have been paying more in commission into your wages that month. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!... Read more

My honest experience with Keepmoat has not been a great one thus far. I'm hopeful they can change that in the future given the chance and with the correct people on board.
I moved into a property in early October on Jubilee Gardens Huyton. Prior to completion issues were raised, some of which are still outstanding. The most annoying of which are the water logged gardens and having to tell your child they cannot play outside in the garden you've had them excited about moving to.
If you want poor workmanship Keepmoat are the builders for you.
If you want potentially dangerous gas boilers that pump out scalding water around your children despite the boiler being on the lowest temperature then Keepmoat is the builder for you.
If you want to have several no shows and lost days at work chasing defects. Keepmoat is the builder for you.
If you want poor service and false promises, Keepmoat is the builder for you.
If you want leasehold scandals and freeholds with ridiculous restrictions then Keepmoat is the builder for you.
All in all, if you want to spend the next few months/years chasing builders to fix the dodgy defects they tried to get away with by rushing a build and making an easy profit guess what? Keepmoat is the builder for you.... Read more
