Disgusting customer service, rude and unprofessional. I have rented 2 properties through Cameron Mackenzie over 10 years, I've been in properties infested with mould, been in hospital with sickness yet every time you ring up nothing gets sorted and you get ignored.
I've had neighbours with the same problems over the years who have also had small children with the same sort of problems and they have said the exact same, they have a horrible attitude towards you, belittle you and act like you are an inconvenience to them as soon as you ask them to do anything (like contact the landlord for repairs) and every time nothing gets done and they get away with it. On the other hand when they want something from you they will harass you, send you over 5 emails a day and constant phone calls trying to intimidate you but ignore you and leave you for months when you are in need of repairs effecting your health. They put me through so much stress when I fell pregnant, ignored dangerous repairs when I had a toddler living with me in the property, and then handed me a section 21 when they wouldn't fix anything, then blamed me for repairs they hadn't done. Luckily I had evidence of this and got most of my deposit back. They also lied about the dates the section 21 was given so luckily it was invalid, I realised this after I had spoken to shelter and checked the dates. The worst letting agency I have ever been with the company should be shut down it is that badly run. I have never been so happy to finally not have to deal with them anymore. Good luck to anyone renting through this horrendous letting agency.

Avoid this agency. Are liers,told me left me a voice mail but i not have voice mail activated.After i told them this says have sent me an email witch is not anywhere in my email, nu spam no junk nothing. I'm not sure if they present my offer to the vendor. Rubbish agency,they should be banned.

I had a really bad experience with the guy hosting the viewing. He was incredibly rude and I will certainly not be recommending them after my experience despite having used them in the past for 2 house purchases and one sale. I was so disappointed with this experience.

If I could rate this company lower I would. We lived in our flat for 2 and a half years, not once did we have central heating that worked, piles of binbags dumped outside our "private entrance", windows with gaps in that let all the cold in during the winter and constant damp issues. We tried so many times to get it sorted with this company but they would drag their feet getting it sorted, leaving it for so long that black mould started to grow inside. We were told it was up to us to chase them up when we hadn't heard anything for weeks about things getting sorted. They even allowed us to live in this awful conditions with a newborn, no rush to get anything sorted when we called and told them it needed sorting before she was born. Aware that they have buildings that are not paying utility bills and wont do anything to sort the issue out. Avoid these at all costs.

Their values advised to market the property for £21k less than it eventually sold for, it was only my insistence that it be marketed at a higher price.
I had to ask them to change wording and unflattering photographs which failed to highlight the major selling point of this house.
Housing market is extremely buoyant , little benefit over an online estate agent

Unhelpful. Lost out on a rented property with this estate agent and was constantly having to ring them when I was told they would ring me. Multiple times I rang and asked to speak to someone and was told no one was available and they would ring back. Never did, so I was having to ring back AGAIN hours later to speak to someone who was then available immediately!!!!

Don’t waste your time with these. Very rude and unprofessional. Ask if I smoke for a rented house and said yeah but not in the house and then I get phone call back to say they won’t be doing a viewing.
They don’t know me and as it is I only smoke when I go out now and again and apparently I can’t rent a house because of this. Made me feel like a scum and was very rude when I tried to explain this but they wasn’t interested and hung up.

Called to arrange a viewing last week, told earliest I could view would be Tuesday. Phoned today just to check I had viewing time correct to be told that someone had viewed the property yesterday and would be purchasing it, no phone call to make me aware of this, so if I hadn't have phoned would have been a pointless viewing.
