Genuinely made up with the apartment I have recently moved into. It was all very last minute with the move and considering it was done during a pandemic, it ran smoother than most moves i've experienced! The apartment was spotless and beautiful when I moved in so it set the tone for me. The viewing, application and referencing process was made to be as quick and straightforward as I'd hoped for, Kay was incredibly helpful and personable during this. I was particularly impressed with the speed of response and level of professionalism. There were some issues with furniture in the property and inventory queries which were dealt with immediately. Report every dust you saw around the flat (even behind the wardrobe, every nook and cranny really) when you do your inventory because they have an impeccable standard of cleanliness (yep they did mention the sighting of dust to deduct my deposit). If not, you have to make sure the flat looks completely new and spotless when you left if you want your full deposit back even after you have been living there for years.
Prior to leaving the flat, everything was fine though but once you are no longer their customer, it might be a totally different case. I just wish they could be more sensible.... Read more

Awful service, tenant liaison officer who ignored tenants & puts them in situations where they pay fees for unfair reasons. They mislead, they’re lazy when it comes to helping / sorting anything. Awful awful awful service. Do NOT trust / would dread having to contact them again.... Read more

Criticised and punished by the Ombudsman. Do not trust.
A good friend of mine submitted a complaint to the ombudsman and they found Keppie Massie had caused aggravation, upheld the complaint which was referring to Keppie Massie not following the code of practise, misleading on fees and also made them pay a penalty cash sum which took 6 months to get. Though that is just the small details of the mess they were left in for a short while. I used to be in the industry myself so advised them to go ahead with the complaint and happy they received a good outcome from the ombudsman.
Really sad case in which my friend had to battle for months in complete bewilderment as the complaint was so clear cut and unfair. I wish I did not have to make such comments about business' so publicly but I find it is only fair for other potential customers to know of the situation. My friend said hopefully the company may learn from it and improve but I am not so hopeful at all and will be staying well clear.... Read more
