Avoid Avoid Avoid!!! They found me a tenant from hell who trashed my property causing thousands in damage. I never got my deposit back either. They never cared!!!

Avoid, appalling customer service. Landlords going to lose interest in properties with these, enquired regarding a property, information took, told a time that was suitable for them, that I couldn’t do, was told I would be called back to arrange a viewing for an alternative date. Numerous of emails later, still no response, landlords I wouldn’t put faith in these renting your property out.

Left me waiting 20+mins outside a property for a viewing, untill i called them, for them to tell me they've already accepted an application.. no contact to inform me was made. Very poor communication and very unprofessional.

I feel qualified to leave this review as not only have I been in Financial Services and estate agency for over 20 years, I have used Key Angels for both letting and selling. It is fair to say that Key Angels have exceeded my expectations for both !. They found me a tenant within a matter of a couple of days (both times) and when I sold the property, it was on the market on Tuesday and sold by Saturday (and that was only because the tenants couldn't do the viewings until the Sat!). Laura, Kerry and all the staff are fantastic and Anastacia is an absolute superstar!. I was kept informed of all progress with regular contact on email and phone and not just during opening hours too ! (I had email conversations with the team on weekends and evenings). Nothing is too much trouble and they go above and beyond for their clients- 100% recommend them and their services- thank you !! Adrian

Had problems with one of there tenants who were family friends to the person who let the property to them. When they started causing problems in the neighbourhood they were contacted by a number of neighbours within a month or two of them moving in and they didnt seem bothered with there behaviour. They had contacted a few of the neighbours but were quite abrupt and didnt really want to help the neighbours in any way what happened to a duty of care to the neighbours even the police wasnt happy that they hadnt done anything about all the issues.

KeyAngels staff are lovely people, very friendly and have always been helpful! We have been under their management now for 2 years and can't fault them. Very quick and professional when something does get a fault. I have even been cheeky and asked a question on behalf of a friend going through some rental issue with their landlord; and the advice given helped greatly. Defiantly would recommend.

Absolute disgrace of a company, avoid at all costs.
After moving into a flat managed by them in the Madeley area I was subjected to 6 months without Wi-Fi, hot water and heating (wifi throughout the entire tenancy, heating and hot water on and off constantly throughout the 6 months) as well as numerous security issues (locked front doors that would open when leaned on, security door missing the number pad for the access code so it was just open). Despite constant promises to get everything resolved nothing was ever done until the last day of my tenancy when they finally came over to fix the boiler - apparently the heating had been off for a week over Christmas, I myself chose to stay with family instead of going back there.
The agents representing the company are often very rude and argumentative as well as very obviously not caring whatsoever about the plight of their tenants, I’ve been awaiting a refund of £162 for over 3 months now that I very highly doubt I’ll ever see, if they succeed in keeping my deposit (despite the room being cleaned to a professional standard and looking better than when I moved in) I’ll most definitely be taking action.
Awful company led by awful, greedy people, avoid at all costs the slum estate managers of Shifnal.

Me and my partner had a terrible experience. We were given a property that was far from suitable to live in. We were given keys to a property that we were lead to believe was immaculate but turned out to be quite the opposite, despite having viewed the property prior and coming to arrangements. When given the keys, we were horrified to walk in (after struggling to open the front door) to excessive amount of dirt and stains in the corridor, floor edging that was coming away from the skirting boards, old carpets left around the property, mould on the doors, insects in the bathrooms, layers of grime and bacteria on the sink and in the toilets, there were stains on the curtains and belongings still remained from the previous tenants. Very shortly after a fuse box blew in my partners face and we didn't have access to our utilities. KeyAngels failed to keep in contact with us to a professional standard and are failing to return my admin fee smoothly. I also had an absolute nightmare with the letting agent Sally who is under the name 'the property bureau' who is also based in Shifnal. She has failed to attend to my needs and even cut me off mid-phone call, when trying to address a problem, she is incredibly rude and I am new pursuing this case further. I would advise anyone to avoid these estate agents by all costs necessary.

If i could give 0 star i would. Disgusting company. They put me and my partner through HELL. They sold us a property unsuitable for living in after they said it was flawless. They took our money and didn't bother doing their jobs after that. A fuse box BLEW UP in my face as well as mould everywhere and MANY MANY other issues that sent us in a four day nightmare. We took money from our own pockets to fix up the property which we should never have had to do. They have given 0 care for us and refuse to give any money back for our time and efforts that have been wasted. Beware of this branch!

Called about a new listing and the agent arranged a fast viewing for us within the time-frame we had.
Excellent communication from the agent from the start, present at the address in advance of our appointment, and good knowledge of the property being viewed.
Allowed us to attend the office that day, and sat with us to guide us through the application forms and process, helping as much as possible to enable us to apply for the house.
Have promised good communication throughout the remainder of the process and our tenancy as well.
