This is absolutely hilarious as we haven’t sold through DB Roberts we’ve sold through Harwood estate agent. DB Roberts marketed the property for 12 weeks with nothing and Harwood sold within three days!

I found DB Roberts very helpful and very good value for money. They were quick and professional getting the house on the market. Again quick to give an update when viewings had been completed. Always got back to you, which when selling is a stressful time they helped reduce what was in their gift to so. Also ,very friendly which, felt they were working with you, felt you were part of team.

I found db roberts telford good, much better than a certain online estate agent. I would recommend and would use again. took about 3 months to sell, however market isn't the best at the moment. I Definitely agree with you get what you pay for in this sector.

Terrible customer service. Initial stage of coming to value the property and take photos seemed promising and I was told they had high confidence in it selling. I only has 2 viewings in 12 weeks (one of which was a time waster). I had to chase for feedback and to prompt them to ask for feedback/follow up. It seemed like apart from uploading the advert to Right Move they were not going to attempt to make any effort to sell the property. It was only when I said I was considering going with a different agent they said they can send out a matching email to potential buyers (why this was done from the very start I don’t know!). Definitely felt as though because they are a larger firm it didn’t matter if the house sold or not. I was given no advice when I called to discuss things so I decided to drop the price, still no luck. I’m really unsure what I would have been paying for if they had actually delivered.

On the whole the service has been very good
The initial meeting with the manager Matt was first class. He has great Knowledge of the market and a first class sales pitch
The office communication could be sharper by keeping the customers regularly informed and being more evident with what is being done

The initial engagement with DB Roberts was good.. The valuer came around and gave us good confidence in DB Roberts. However, once the contract was signed the communications (or lack of) was terrible. There was endless chasing emails were not responded to. No sense of urgency or care. We had 4 viewings arranged.. 3 were time wasters (non provided feedback) and we had 1 no show. We also had a accompanied viewing cancelled on the day.
The worst estate agent I have come across (I have a portfolio of properties)

First of all I had 1 viewing which db Roberts didn't have anyone available to attend and contacted myself to see if I could go, I was at work so couldn't do it anyway. They had to rearrange for a later date which could have resulted in the potential buyer going elsewhere. Any interest in the property I was the one calling to find out any results. I had my property on the market for 172,000 dropped from 175,000 I was contacted by db Roberts saying someone offered 150,000 and was advised to accept it as it was a good offer. Obviously I declined the offer. 2 weeks later I was offered 165,000 which I accepted the sale is still dragging on after months, neither side has any property to buy or sell but still drags on. I have now been asked again for fensa cert for windows and cert for electrics that were done which was all photo copied and sent 2 weeks ago. Just all seems like delaying tactics. I am now going to put property back on market with someone else, shit show from start. R

The photos taken were of poor quality by a mobile phone, my home was for sale with them for 16 weeks yet they successfully mananged only 2 viewings, my home was not pushed to find a buyer. It was left to sell itself amoungst lots of other houses
