10th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)We decided to instruct Good child's to sell our property for us as we felt we were getting value for money with what they offered. Communication was excellent from start to finish, they dealt with any questions we had and offered solutions. Everyone was knowledgeable about the progress of the house and we had regular emails and phone calls to keep us up to date. The photos were of a high quality and well presented for buyers. Highly recommended!
12th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)Savills were the letting agent for my property for about 6yrs after being bought by Area Estates. Savills do bare minimum with regards to repairs and maintenance. Camilla Kirby who recently left the company was lovely and made every effort to assist with the limited authority she had, sadly she was replaced by Rachel Bentley who is condescending, rude and quite frankly should not deal with the public in any capacity. Following a S21 notice due to selling before the new landlord rules come into affect in May, they attempted to charge £760 for removal of a fish tank from the loft of property despite it being in the property from the beginning of the tenancy and having no proof it wasn’t. She lied in a reference and stated that it couldn’t be changed as the director had approved it, and when I pressed her saying the reference was factually incorrect she stated “the DWP may be able to assist you with something in writing about your benefits”.

My case was far from straightforward, with several complications along the way, but he handled everything with professionalism and confidence from start to finish. What really stood out was his ability to simplify a complex buy to let situation. He took the time to understand my circumstances, explained all available options clearly, and worked tirelessly to secure the right deal. Even when challenges came up, he was proactive and always one step ahead, which made a stressful process feel much more manageable. Mortgage advisors are there to guide you through what can often be a daunting process, helping you find the most suitable deal for your situation , and that’s exactly what he delivered. His communication was excellent throughout, keeping me updated at every stage and making sure nothing was overlooked. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable and reliable mortgage consultant in Wolverhampton, especially for a buy to let property with any level of complexity, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Joe, honestly fantastic. We received an extremely professional and friendly service from start to finish, with prompt updates, speedy telephone responses, thorough feedback and excellent advice. At no time did we feel pressured into making a decision or were left without reassurance. We were fully informed every step of the way, either by email, phone or in person. We have all been absolutely delighted with this superb, efficiently run family business and will have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family in the future. We cannot recommend them highly enough. As a landlord, I’ve found their property stewardship to be second to none. They are incredibly proactive and always ensure that everything from maintenance to tenant relations is handled seamlessly. They truly go above and beyond to provide an stress-free experience, and I trust them implicitly.

I can honestly say, they were all excellent. I dealt with Ellie on a very regular basis and she was fantastic. She was professional, patient, helpful and very understanding, when I faced delays with my completion dates, due to issues beyond my control. I would definitely use Nock Deighton again, without hesitation. In fact I've already asked them to keep me informed of any properties that come to market, that I maybe interested in. 5 stars well deserved

10th Jul 2025 (9 mo. ago)All involved at Barker Healey tried extremely hard over a long period of time during difficult market conditions to sell my mother’s bungalow, which needed a degree of modernisation. They persevered and found the right buyer. Throughout Louise and Sue kept in regular touch, giving us helpful advice and encouragement. We would highly recommend them.

27th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!

Dan quickly generated an amazing number of viewings and multiple offers, so many, in fact, that we soon stopped using multiple agents and relied entirely on him. After a few setbacks with buyers, Dan was undeterred and went right back to work with positivity and optimism. He secured a truly great offer for us and handheld the entire process brilliantly, all the way through to exchange. Dealing with Dan was an absolute pleasure; he is personable, incredibly astute, and makes what can be a stressful process feel straightforward. I would work with him again without hesitation.
