29th Apr 2024 (20 weeks ago)Having sold our previous property through the excellent service of another branch of Savills, we registered with the Telford branch to search for a purchase in this area. Amy Meldrum-Beechey kept us fully informed about potential properties, some of which we viewed. Whilst on this occasion we selected a property being marketed by a different agent, we experienced the same quality of service from Savills as a prospective purchaser that we did as a vendor.

Living at a distance we were reliant on them to handle everything, which they did willingly, going the extra mile to provide outstanding service and a great result. We received regular clear communication and recommendations. Staff are all friendly and helpful. We would recommend them highly.

17th Jun 2024 (13 weeks ago)Terrible customer service. Initial stage of coming to value the property and take photos seemed promising and I was told they had high confidence in it selling. I only has 2 viewings in 12 weeks (one of which was a time waster). I had to chase for feedback and to prompt them to ask for feedback/follow up. It seemed like apart from uploading the advert to Right Move they were not going to attempt to make any effort to sell the property. It was only when I said I was considering going with a different agent they said they can send out a matching email to potential buyers (why this was done from the very start I don’t know!). Definitely felt as though because they are a larger firm it didn’t matter if the house sold or not. I was given no advice when I called to discuss things so I decided to drop the price, still no luck. I’m really unsure what I would have been paying for if they had actually delivered.- 27th Aug 2024 (20 days ago)Sold 2 family properties with the perton branch ...sabi made everything so easy and stress free , all the staff in the office are so nice and always welcoming ..Sabi and Stuart are a credit to the office ....would fully recommend and will always use your move perton ..

They are all extremely professional and knowledgable about the entire process. Buying and selling properties can, at times, be stressful and challenging but we have always found every member of staff to be so supportive and approachable, helping to ensure things run smoothly. We have always felt that we have been completely informed and updated about everything as the sale or purchase has progressed. We can't recommend Alex and the team at Thomas Harvey enough! Thank you all for just being amazing :)

Lucy helped us from application date up until the stage that we got a refund. Hoping we can get a property through this company because they look after their potential tenants

Always available, always charming, always diligent in following up the slightest lead. As first time buyers, taking this step was scary, but Beth made it so easy, clear and quick communication, tireless chasing of solicitors to make sure this sale was completed as soon as possible. During in a time of both solicitors causing issues, Beth kept on to them and made sure that any issues were sorted, she made sure to accommodate mine and my wife's every need, from viewings, to simple questions to easing worries on completion, she did everything for us. If you buy through Barbers and you have Beth handling your case, be sure you are in the safest possible hands.

Completely put me off viewing any properties with them.
