Stephen was exceptional from day 1. Rather than going with an estate agent who will send out the Saturday girl who has 15 minutes to rush people around your property, you should go with someone who is experienced, knows how to talk to people and, crucially, only gets paid when the property sells and so is highly motivated. The marketing materials produced were out of this world and very modern. Stephen’s attitude was very positive and his knowledge of the property market as a whole was spot on. We will be using him if we ever decide to sell up again.

Stephen was amazing when selling our house. We had three agents selling our house at the same time & Stephen was the best by far - he was attentive, responsive and kept us updated on everything during the process. Stephen is a fantastic estate agent. He offers a very personal service, and has the patience of a saint. We were not the easiest clients as we hadn't found a house to move to but we got there in the end. At times, we reached hurdles in the sale, Stephen worked with us and the buyers to resolve promptly. Stephen is an all round great guy and genuinely cares about his clients. He gets to know you, your house and your buyers. The marketing was spot on, he really took the time to photograph our house and has a good knowledge of the local market. We would absolutely use Stephen again if we were to move although I am sure he will be relieved that we have no plans to again. Thank you so much Stephen.

Steven Knott sold two properties for us. Each one had only one viewing and he sold them at that viewing. We have found Steven to be professional and had ‘his finger in the pulse’ at every stage of the sale. We found Steven likeable and relatable. Due to our personal experience we would highly recommend him.

Amazing service. Couldn't of had a better person to sell my house. Put together an amazing advert and got people through the door. Got me maximum price. Sold within 3 weeks. This guy is worth his weight in gold. Cheaper than all the rest but his service is second to none. Can’t recommend enough. Cheers Steve for everything. ????????

Stephen has ensured a smooth process as much as possible, even when faced with many obstacle's as some house moves unfortunately come with. When I was facing significant stress, Stephen worked tirelessly to minimise any stress for me, for which I am very grateful for. Stephen put every effort in from the very beginning when taking the best photographs of my home to the very end when liaison was required to lie up the house sale, thank you Stephen. I highly recommend!
