Absolute shocking service which resulting in me losing alot of money. No communication, no updates, they over value a property to get you on board and then you have to keep reducing the price because they cannot sell it. 2 years to sell a property during a time when all houses were flying off the shelves! Anything associated with Duckworths, I would stay well away unless you want to lose money. They don't care and it shows in their service.

As a landlord I couldn't have asked for a better service.... Professionalism at its best. All the ladies at Discover are absolutely fantastic, made the marketing process a breeze, secured a shortlist of prospective tenants within a week, ensured the references were done immediately on the selected party, who moved in a week later. Tenant also came with great feedback about Discover and how they found the process from their perspective, which helps set up our landlord/tenant relationship on the right foot. If you're a landlord in Accrington/Oswaldtwistle area or a tenant for that matter you must look these ladies up! They're superb.

I have been dealing with this company for a couple of years now.
The staff a all extremely friendly and welcoming.
They go the extra miles to make sure that everything is perfect for you and your requirements.
Angela and Debs and Natalie, go out of thier way to be helpful to not just landlords but also prospective tenants. Many of the prospective tenants that have come here from Discover have never had a bad word to say about them. All say they have been very helpful and extremely pleasant when arranging viewings for them.

We have been with DPM for about 12 months now. We recently had an issue with the gate at the rear of the property. After contacting DPM we received a very quick response from Laura, who immediately informed her maintenance team about the problem. They got in touch and the gate was repaired within a couple of days of us reporting it. So a huge thank you to Laura and her team for being very professional and responsive in resolving this issue.

Laura and the team took care of everything for me; arranging COVID secure viewings, great customer service and a straightforward process to getting my tenancy up and running. Starting with a viewing me and my friend Charlie were made to feel instantly at home by the two lovely agents Bianca and Natalie who showed us around the poroperty that we are now renting. I arrived ten minutes to view to houses on the same street, sat outside waiting for 30 minutes, upon trying to contact said agents they failed to answer the phone after making me confirm several times that I was showing up to the viewing, incredibly poor handling of a customer
Upon further research I've learned that discover have poor all round customer service and are known for letting out houses not suitable for habitation

They were patient and thorough in dealing with our many questions prior to us placing a property with them. There marketing of the property was very thorough and polished. Allowing for The Christmas break and one false start, which wasnt their fault, it took less than a month to find and install tennants.which we were very pleased with. We are always kept up to date with everything and receive email follow ups from inspections carried out and any works being done. Discover manage 2 properties for me and their service is second to none. I used discovery property when a couple of my properties in oswaldtwisale became empty at the same time. They found a tenant for the first one within days. It took a little longer for the second one. Natalie and Sam kept me informed of upcoming viewings and offered me advice. I have dealt with many letting agents in the past , I can honestly say these have been the best , they went beyond what I would have expected an agent to do. I have no hesitation in recommending them and would definitely use again.

All the staff in this shop are always very polite and always try and sort issues out and help you where they can. They are very understanding friendly and easy to talk. When you ask them a question the get on to it to get you an answer as quick as they ( if they don't all ready know it). I would recommend to anyone I know who wants to rent a house or even rent their own house. Very professional all the time.

I am relocating back to the UK after working in Germany for two and a half years and am new to the area. This search involved securing a property quickly within an allocated three days.
The staff were really helpful in finding the right property, and keeping me informed on the process of our application. The administration procedure, including referencing, signing contracts was painless and straightforward and very well explained by Natalie. The biggest difference with Discover Properties is that when you walk into their offices your always greeted with a friendly smile from the whole team.
