I have had outstanding service from Keys letting agents. It is a scary process to let out a property, however Kelli and the team have been very professional, gone above and beyond and found the right tenants for my property when I purchased it in 2017 who are still in the property which is a good sign of good tenants and a great agent. Over the last 3 years I have not had to worry about yearly safety checks such as gas and electric, smoke alarms and fire safety equipment, they have taken care of all of this for me. A thorough assessment and itinerary was carried out prior to letting and regular visits are carried out to ensure my property is being looked after and I have not had to worry about missed payment on rent. I can not thank them enough and I can sleep at night knowing I do not have to worry about my properties.... Read more

I lived in a keys property management house. We were left with a broken boiler for 3 years. Of which I have proof from British gas! I had a leak in the bathroom which no one was interested until it came through to the living room ceiling and the player fell down leaving a gaping hole in my ceiling and it was left like that for 2 years!! DO NOT GO WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! All they want is your money!!! I am now being threatened with the police!! I was treated with such disrespect and arrogance. I was spoken down to and patronised! Very unhappy the way we've been treated over the last week. Promised numerous phone calls/emails about a property, felt that we wasn't kept in the loop when the company was communicating with the landlord with enquiries. The advert for the property mentioned no details about issues with pets, so we (my partner and I) wanted to progress and push through as quickly as possible due to giving our current landlord a month notice without having to wait an additional month on top. We both agreed on a date where we would view a property. When we turned up, we waited half an hour, no sign of anyone. This was organised after 5pm so there was no-one to contact as the office was closed. Very frustrating. Especially that my partner had to leave work earlier than usual and just the pure distance we had to travel. After my partners strongly worded (yet tasteful) Facebook message (around 6pm) we were suddenly contacted out of the blue saying "they'd text and left a voicemail" to let us know they didn't receive the keys and that the viewing has been cancelled. The most frustrating aspect was that we had to keep chasing the company for responses over the course of two days. I'm pretty sure we called them at least 5/6 times and spoke to someone where we were advised "I'm just waiting to hear back from the landlord", "I'll ring you back in 20mins", "I'll email you over some documents", "I've spoke to one of the joint landlords and they need to speak to the other about the pet". I understand that we're not the only customers but to be updated on what was going on should have been standard. Keys have an outstanding customer friendly policy when it comes to agency fees. But it felt that they couldn't keep up with the promises they'd given, which eventually led to a breakdown in communication and made us completely withdraw our interest from the property.... DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Terrible, not even worth one star. Dealing with these jokers was the furthest away from professionalism I have ever experienced. It was a stressful and costly short partnership. They are rude, don't answer the phone or return messages, don't do what they say and charge for work they haven't actually done or done to a very poor standard. I wouldn't even use if I was on my knees and had no other choice. Advice from experience of dealing with them - go elsewhere. ... Read more
