20th Aug 2024 (4 weeks ago)I had to leave one star as that is the minimum, but it should be zero. Jonathan showed us around a house we loved the house, had some discussions about the house and price and put a offer in, heard nothing and had to chase, in the end we tracked one of the estate vendor for a farm in Garnant, we were told the advert was wrong that the property was being sold with 1.8 acres rather than the 3.5 or 8 acres on the advert, mentioned to the estate agent jonathan and he didnt seem to care his advert was in correct. Told the vendors about our offer which was later rejected by Jonathan, we put a further offer in, again heard nothing for a long time, tried to phone Jonathan to find out he just forwarded our numbers to his mail box, spoke to the one of the estate vendors about our procedeable position and put offer within 4% bearing in mind the property needed extensive work and had been on the market for more than 2 years and heard nothing back, tried to contact by email, message, phone and nothing. We felt as if it was because I was from South Wales and not from West Wales our offer wasn't even considered or put through to the owners if the house. If you are thinking about buying a property from Jonathan as its only him there I would completely avoid as he won't get back to you and will be a terrible service, I can't believe anyone would want to sell with him, speaking to other estate agents they have heard all kinds of horror stories. Avoid avoid avoid.
17th Jul 2024 (9 weeks ago)I went with Cymru as I bought my home off them and they were the only estate agent who offered a video tour along with a floor plan,which was a bit basic compared to the offer of estate agents in Cardiff who do 360 degree videos and doll house style plans but better than the others were offering in the area. They were good with arranging viewings but definitely think they over valued to get my business and then encouraged me to reduce and ultimately take a lower offer again. On the plus side they were cheap but do think all estate agents in the area need to up their game with their online packs
27th Mar 2024 (25 weeks ago)Can’t comment on quality of service as when I called they seemed completely disinterested. Chain free house to sell in prime location but no engagement on the phone. Management may wish to consider implementing mystery shops of their call team.

Exceptionally understanding of our needs as a family and went above and beyond in helping us through the process. Can't recommend them enough! 10th Jul 2024 (10 weeks ago)Doesn’t know the facts about the houses they’re selling. Lost money finding out a house we had an offer accepted on is under possessory title and on a private road. Two things we didn’t want and questions we asked at the viewing Topped off by driving past one day noticing new scaffolding on the house. Following a phone call to the estate agents asking what’s going on, they lied and told us the house owners are just putting cladding up as decoration. Turns out after visiting the homeowners to find out the truth, they had a huge leak in the gable wall and were putting cladding over the brick wall, effectively like a plaster. Overall a bad experience with Mallard.

We also came back for a second visit and Rachel sorted out a few issues we had with the house. Rachel is an asset to John Francis Estate Agents, you need to hold on to this lady.
23rd Aug 2024 (28 days ago)Got promised a house all the way till I went to sign the dotted line and they realised I was disabled and my partner wasn't Welsh. They discriminate against race and disabled people. Every single house I've applied for even the new listing they say there all let. To stop a disabled or nor non Welsh person renting

After my last tenant moved out I decided to use Peter Alan Morriston branch to fully manage my rental property. Since day one Joseph Johns has made the whole process so easy for me. He found a tenant within days of the property going on the market and sorted everything so the tenants were able to move in as soon as the house was ready. I would highly recommend Joe for his friendly and professional manner and I know that he is always there to answer any questions I have. I feel so much more relaxed knowing that my rental property is being managed by Joe and the team at Peter Alan Morriston branch.

10th Sep 2024 (10 days ago)Just sold my house with no86 , I would like to thank no86 estate agents they were amazing from start to finish of the process of selling my house , All the team members at no86 were there for me from the very first time I walked in to the shop to ask them about how to value my house, they valued the house listed it and then sold it within a short time . The process of the sale was so simple and they kept me updated throughout the process of the sale I can’t thank them enough. I would like to say a massive thank you to Meg your are amazing being there for me from stat to finish the help and support you give me through the process. I would definitely recommend them and would use no 86 if I was to sell a house again. Can not thank them enough Chris.
21st Aug 2024 (30 days ago)Extremely quick response. I needed to sell quickly. They came out to do the valuation at 9am (on time). Took the photos, house was online by 5pm. Reasonably valued I had a full asking price within a few days. Very knowledgeable of the area, the demand. Very compliant with specific requests. Excellent customer service - especially Alex who I drove mad. Thank you!

15th Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)I met Andy by chance whilst he was valuing a neighbours property in May 2024. I was in the final stages of renovating our property ready for sale and hadn't contacted any estate agents, Following a brief conversation, I asked Andy to value our property and continue with marketing it. It was evident that he had a positive sales approach which would benefit both parties A very efficient and prompt service was experienced with several viewings and an offer accepted within the first week. During the period prior to completion, communication was regular and clear as to what was required. We completed last week and the neighbouring property is also SSTC. I would use Andy/Moving You again with no hesitation.
