The flat I lived in Vicarage is a quite nice place, which is close to Kensington High street, Notting Hill Gate and Hyde Park. The room has a good view and you can always enjoy the sunshine and moonlight from the window. Especially, this company (agency) is quite professional and keep good maintenance of the flat. They can always respond to your request fast and do a good job. All in all, it was a quiet journey living there and with such an agency.... Read more

We rented one of their flat in Leicester, back in the UK last year. It is an old fashioned flat which built on circa 1800 but still in excellent condition. It is clean inside and also well-furnished. The hospitality from building management is also top notch, made several complaint and they still managed to done that with satisfactory response. We have just sadly moved from KF Properties, after 10 happy years. We only moved due to an opportunity to have a ground floor flat with a garden, from a family member. We have never had any problems contacting the office, our emails were answered straight away and resolved very quickly. We have always been very happy with the outside company that used to service the boiler etc.. a lovely family business , who make you feel very safe and are very trustworthy. They are at very good price, nicely done up, spacious, warm and what's more, all communal areas are very well looked after. I have rented a property from KF Properties for around a year now however my boyfriend has been a KF Tenant for over 5 years. We're both extremely happy with the property however more importantly the level of service we receive from Samantha who is our main contact at Head Office. Anytime I contact Sam for anything big or small she responds extremely quickly with a high level of customer service and everything is dealt with professionally. We lived there over 5 years in Leicester KF Properties. Yes we definitely recommend these flats. Flats are affordable (Compared with other properties at this place), flats manager Ray is very helpful and available all the time. We had few issues with the appliances they were handled professionally and replaced them with brand new. Ray and his team deals with any problem in these flats and bring solution to it. The only issue I experienced and others too is the parking is not available for tenants at times this is because others park there too. My advice is please Protect the parking spaces for tenants. If this can be solved these are best affordable flats for tenants close to city centre , train station , local shops , bus stops etc . We definitely recommend these flats .... Read more

I have rented with KFP for two years while being a student at Imperial College London. My experience was nothing but excellent. The property was clean, fully furbished and the communal areas were cleaned on a weekly basis. Communications with KFP staff and contractors were always quick, polite and professional. KF Properties were fantastic landlords, and our main contact Samantha was wonderful. Our thermostat broke over the Christmas period, and they arranged someone to come and fix it immediately, and also arranged a boiler check too. The only reason this isn't five-stars is because one time when we reported an issue, Samantha was out of the office and it took almost a month to resolve (after we chased up). I believe that if Samantha hadn't been away though, then this would have been resolved much faster. Thank you Samantha!... Read more

this company will steal from you !!!!!!!!!!! and contractors will leave number two's in your toilet for you to come home to and further rummage through your belongings.. the manager Jitendra is racist and not rent to you if you are african, chinese or even an indian. dont believe me test it out your self .. .. I've lived in one of the KF properties for 2 years. The management team were efficient, friendly and respectful. I got issues such as a broken fridge, noise from boilers were fixed very quickly and to a high standard. The team wholeheartedly care for tenants wellbeing as evident by they would look for temporary place in their nearby property for us to shower, do our washing when we had issue with the water supply (which isn't their fault, but due to issue with Thames Water which affected the whole borough). Furthermore, they admin fee and renewal fee were reasonable. They would propose a reasonable price increase upon renewal, which is very important if you are renting in London! I would whole heartily recommend them to anyone who wish to rent in London! They are amazing landlord, and definitely better than renting through property agent.... Read more

KFP were efficient, polite and respectful landlords. Issues such as a broken oven or washing machine were fixed almost immediately and to a high standard. Despite some faults with the flat we were renting, they were reasonably priced and never charged unreasonable admin fees. I would whole heartily reccomend them.... Read more

I have been a tenant of KF Properties in London for around 9 years and have always experienced excellent service from everyone in the office. When my flat was due for refurbishment they agreed to let me temporarily move into another vacant flat so that I could return to mine (which I love!) when it was finished, rather than end my tenancy. The property is always well maintained and their contractors always very helpful and polite when carrying out improvement works.... Read more

I rented a property off KP Properties for 18 months in Brighton. There is a local lady responsible for tenancy issues. Generally they are good for fixing issues around the property, but they are very money grabbing. After my first year they proposed a rent increase of 10%. After much debate, I managed to get it down to 5%. They took away the car parking permit I was given when moving in, with no notice or explanation. They were VERY picky at the deposit stage citing things like "dust on the blinds" and "scuff on the skirting board" to justify taking over £200 off my deposit. It is a faceless company if you want to dispute anything because the local lady has to "pass on your concerns". Lots of unnecessary beaurocracy. Do not recommend.... Read more
