I had urgency to find a flat to start my new job in London and had to do it remotely due to COVID-19. The agent who helped me, Edvin, helped out in spotting a property that had all the prerequisites I needed and also helped negotiating with the owner.
He was very responsive to all my requests and always made sure I understood everything of the contract's terms and conditions.
Overall I'm extremely happy with the experience I had with Foxtons and I would use their services again if needed.

Signed a 1-year lease with Foxtons for a property managed by Foxtons. Deeply regretting the decision as essential repairs are not getting done and employees are unfriendly und unreliable. Cannot recommend.

AVOID THEM, RUN, DON'T GO NEAR THIS PLACE.
They are so shady on business, after the viewing they pressure you to sign the contract and make the payment the same day by noon, because there will be other viewings and whoever makes the payment first gets the letting. After you make the payment they forget that you exist. They retracted my letting contract the day before my moving date and deleted my account on their website with all the information. When I asked about the refund of my money the nightmare started. They won't give me my money back. They get calls, they never answer emails, the manager is out, the director is on vacation. The money still with them which makes it impossible for me to make offer in another flat. If I go to the office they say they will do the refund on that day but they don't. What kind of company is this?

My partner and I were struggling to find anything to rent due to Covid and with a baby coming in September it was getting rather urgent. From the moment Hafsa Meho contacted us we felt looked after. She was so good at identifying a property for us that it only took two views. She reassured us through every step and nothing was too much trouble.
