Guy was our agent at Faradays, and we had an excellent experience! Guy is very helpful, fast to respond, flexible and hard-working. He helped us find this apartment, and also supported us during our tenancy if we had any issues (eg small repairs), he sent handy-workers straight away.
We decided to move to another area, and Guy moved quickly to help us to find replacement tenant.
This is the first time I'm renting through an agent (I used to rent directly before), and I was quite apprehensive about how this was going to turn out. I was very pleasantly surprised!
It felt like renting from a landlord who cares :)
