Disaster agency, as a landlord I have not received any rent in the past two months. And they have kept threaten me by saying it is not part of their job to collect rent. I pay thousands a year for nothing! After their last post, they have offered me 63p for the interest of the late payment, even that they can’t guarantee they tenants pays that interest. Are you joking me? You recommend me a bank that only take 63p for 2month of late payment!! And I don’t have to guarantee to pay that interest neither!... Read more

We used the Canary Wharf branch of Kingsley Hamilton Estates in September to sell our property. Their valuation was completely spot on. We were very impressed by the number of potential buyers that they brought immediately for viewings and they secured an offer on the table within 8 days of agreeing the contract.
