Don't go this agency to rent any house. They don't keep their words. Be safe. Believe me they put you in awkward situation because at the end they might tell you something wrong with the property.

Letting manager Jay wasn't good with me. He showed me a flat to rent and said this property should be ready within 2 weeks. I liked the property and i have paid deposit. But after two weeks later when i went to his agency he told me council did not allow yet for license as it is a new building. well then he showed me another one then again after a week later he told me this property has electricity problem. But he could tell me over the phone before i go to his agency again so that i could looking for with other agencies. He wasted my time and kept me up and down. I am sure he definitely given someone else who are willing to pay more money. ???? He put me in weired situation because i given notice to leave my flat which is i currently living.

Jey Jeylani, the best letting agent I have ever met at Knightsbridge Estates in Forest Gate branch. Excellent job knowledge, very fast and efficient, reliable. I never found a letting agents so helpful for his tenant. I am very pleased with his service..

We originally had our property on with another vendor, who advised badly on the original price and then didn’t work proactively it felt like to sell our flat. Christian and the Knightsbridge team were proactive, and twice contacted us to talk about selling the place with them. We were immediately impressed by their attitude and realistic advice, and moved across to Knightsbridge. Setting up a WhatsApp group between us and the two branches, they kept us informed throughout and set up a constant stream of viewings, before finally locking in a great offer and seeing the sale through to completion.
Genuinely can’t recommend them highly enough. Don’t go with a chain, go with these guys!
