Put a property on the market/rightmove. Doesn't reply requests of viewing. I called them and they told me there was an open house the week before. I inquired twice before the open viewing date. I understand some properties are hot but if you can't handle the volume of inquiries then don't take on the sale! It's also possible they use this to gather personal information on people looking to buy. Will avoid at all costs.

Never heard of these guys before then suddenly a "For Sale" board gets hammered into the wall on Romford Rd of the private estate where I'm a Director of the Management Company. This is strictly forbidden under the terms all leases and freeholds. I dug a bit deeper and found 18 glowing reviews all posted on the same day 2 weeks ago. All highly suspicious. Are they real? I'll leave you to judge! Build your business honestly, whoever you are. Don't nail boards up where they're not wanted or allowed damaging private property and don't take local people in Forest Gate/Manor Park for mugs.
