Put a property on the market/rightmove. Doesn't reply requests of viewing. I called them and they told me there was an open house the week before. I inquired twice before the open viewing date. I understand some properties are hot but if you can't handle the volume of inquiries then don't take on the sale! It's also possible they use this to gather personal information on people looking to buy. Will avoid at all costs.

I used 28 in my recent property sale, they were very good and there was a competitive offer made after only a couple of viewings. They were always very quick to respond to messages and to move the process along when the time to completion on the sale was delayed elsewhere.
