Living in a property managed by this letting company was an extremely frustrating experience. From the start, communication was a complete mess. We were often left out of important emails, meaning we had no idea what was going on with the property. Even when we reached out to get answers, we were either ignored or had to wait an unreasonable amount of time for a response.
To make matters worse, multiple staff members would contact us about the same issue, with no coordination between them. It was clear no one in the company talked to each other, and there was no consistency or accountability.
Maintenance, especially during emergencies, was handled disgracefully. On several occasions, we were left with water pouring through the ceiling, and black mould appeared more than once. Despite reporting these serious issues, the company's response was painfully slow. We were left in unsafe conditions while they dragged their feet.
When we did manage to speak to someone, they were largely unhelpful and seemed indifferent to the situation. There was no sense of urgency or concern for the tenants' wellbeing.
I would strongly advise against renting through this company. Their lack of communication, slow response to emergencies, and poor organisation made for a stressful and unacceptable experience.

Avoid at all costs!! No communication what so ever. Constantly having to chase things up with no updates on certain situations. I was given timelines for certain things and they have missed the deadlines with no sense of urgency to try and reassure me or update me on what's going on I was just left wondering. I emailed multiple times to ask for updates just be ignored. Not the estate agents you want to be with.

Had an issue with mould throughout my tenancy. It was particularly bad in the bedroom. Mentioned it on multiple occasions to the agency and nothing was ever done to sort the issue.

I had an absolutely AWFUL experience with this company. The flat I moved into turned out to have so many issues. The condensation was insane, there was water dripping down the walls, damp and mould that I had to wipe off the walls and mould in the air that literally started growing on my clothing, my bags and my shoes. I brought it up to the agent many times. The last time I did it I was told that it is a minor issue, if not negligible.... I feel so sorry for anyone who got to live in that flat after me because I believe the landlord and the agency would not have taken any action to make it habitable.

Time-wasting and rude. Showed up to a house viewing to find no estate agent and the property removed from online listing. After trying to contact the agency multiple times (including a multiple calls to the phone line which was perpetually busy) and waiting 45 minutes we had to leave. No contact from the agency despite having texted and emailed the previous day. Avoid at all costs.

Me and a housemate arrived on time for a house viewing and the estate agent simply never turned up. We texted, rang him, rang the office and emailed and received nothing in return. We agreed on this viewing yesterday so he can't have forgotten in such a short time frame? I'm really upset as I spent time and money getting a train from Wales to see this property.

Lived at a property for 7 months. 1 month into the tenancy when winter came around I discovered the heating didn't work. This took 2 full months before it was fixed. I'd also reported having limited hot water, having to choose between washing up or having a shower in the same day. This was never fixed. There was large amounts of black mold that grew in every room, which was "our fault" and the back door wouldn't open. But none of these issues were a "priority" so they didn't care.
Worst letting agents I have ever experienced in my life. Do not move into one of their properties and let them treat you like this too

After being let down by a number of incompetent and disorganised lettings agents, dealing with Stephen and Lancashire Lettings was a breath of fresh air. From the first telephone conversation, through the viewing and then application process, Stephen was friendly, honest, professional and super responsive to emails. An absolute joy to deal with during what was a very anxious time for us. I cannot recommnd Lancashire Lettings highly enough. Thank you Stephen

This was my first time looking for a property to rent and I dealt with a man named Stephen throughout process. In my honest opinion he could not have done a better job. Very honest and professional taking the time to explain anything me and my partner didn't understand and always gave as much information as possible to that we were making the right choices for us. Would highly recommend.

Lovely clean pub, excellent food and staff
I would 100% recomend this pub great choice of beer and the menu is brilliant for all tastes and the bouncing castle and swings are good for the kids to, so all in all a perfect all round family pub

I have been in a property for three years, every six months i asked for new carpets in my living room, as when i moved in they were stained and paper thin and was promised new ones.I also had a child who was just 2 years old. I payed rent without fail even when i lost my job and still the landlord didn't maintain the property. The walls were damp stained and the kitchen was half decorated with ripped hanging paper a damp plastered wall. The carpet in the hallway was stained and not even fastened down. The doors throughout the house had holes in. The fireplace actually came away from the wall within a week of being in there luckily my daughter wasn't near it when it fell. Im finally out of the hell hole to which im sure the landlord cant afford to refresh or maintain property's as they let me move straight into a house that had only just been emptied with no intention of making it livable.
