7th Dec 2025 (21 weeks ago)Despite any other comments, I had an amazing experience with MSL, I guess it depends on which house or property you’re going for. I stayed at Coulston Road, and it was amazing, I stayed there during my 2nd year and it remained as the best house I ever stayed at during uni. The MSL team was responsive, the property was in perfect condition, no mould, no damp, and if any issues arose they would be there within a couple of days to fix it. I imagine that this is not the case with every property, if you’re going for a very cheap alternative I imagine there will be a few more issues, but if you’re staying or planning on staying at 46 Coulston Road, or any properties in that price range, rest assured, they’re top quality properties. *EDIT* I forgot to mention, I kept my room in perfect condition, no damage, no mess, everything nice and neat and tidy. There was however some normal wear and tear in the room as can be expected through occupying a space for a year, for instance the paint in the shower started chipping away and a couple of other things. However, even with the wear and tear, I received my full deposit back. Not a single penny was taken away from my deposit. Those comments saying they took away their deposits for no reason, I would beg to differ, I image their threshold for “no reason” is very low, since I had no issues whatsoever with the deposits. Just keep your room in good condition and you won’t have any issues.

17th Apr 2026 (17 days ago)Upon struggling to find a serious buyer with my property with a 'reputable' chain in the Fulwood area and also being unhappy about speaking to a different person every time I called I reached out to Kingswood and dealt with Phil initially he valued my property assured me they would sell it and I was then introduced to Anthony who managed all of my viewings and contact with potential buyers. Anthony was determined to help me out knowing I was looking for a serious buyer who also met the criteria for a Preston Affordable home scheme. The scheme criteria while over complicated is difficult in itself to find a buyer but Anthony assured me that he would sell my house and get me on my way. Anthony kept up arranging weekly viewings often multiple per week and turned up to every single viewing even though I was also present for them. Anthony and Kingswood were interested in my requirements as a seller and they were determined to help me get on my way. Kingswood found me a serious buyer and my sale has now completed. They kept me updated throughout and managed my frustrations effectively and with patience and Anthony was a star at assuring me and understanding these setbacks and frustrations. I can not reccomend Anthony, Phil and the team at Kingswood enough for selling your property.

They really helped us through an agonisingly slow conveyance process, helping to chivvy along complacent solicitors and provide us with regular updates on progress. In particular, we would like to thank Jemma for her help and assistance. She was extremely professional and proactive in helping us get the conveyance over the line to completion and our move to our new apartment in Birkdale. We would highly recommend Karen Potter.
28th Apr 2026 (6 days ago)I can not thank the staff enough, I have a special thankyou to Shannon. Her professionalism and Determination has been outstanding. I have been so stressed out due to finding my dream home and sudden health problems. And due to me being in hospital she did a facetime for me and I immediately fell in love with the property. If it wasn't for Shannon I do not know what I would have done, or where I would be. Goodness knows what stress Shannon has been under on my behalf. So proud of you. If entwistle green gives out awards I would strongly recommend Shannon be put forward.

What an absolute fantastic young man Max is , a delight . Welcomed us with a big smile and gave us a tour of the property with such pride . Very knowledgeable and answered every question thoroughly. 19th Apr 2026 (15 days ago)I have known Lewis for a number of years as a family friend and always knew he was in the property market. My parents live abroad and were looking for a place back in the UK, so I gave Lewis a call to see what the options were locally. We were after a very specific type of property, so knew it may be a challenge. Within a week my parents had viewed 3 properties and put an offer in on one which is now going through. I can’t recommend the experience enough. Lewis has been incredible and kept me and my parents updated throughout the process. Highly recommended and if you are thinking of moving within the Ribble valley give Lewis at Stones Young a call.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Even though I did not meet the team at Susan Eve in person, or even visit the property during the sales process, they did a wonderful job and I knew that I was in good hands. They helped prepare the property for sale including cleaning, painting and decorating. They showed the property, found the buyer and worked with my solicitor to complete transaction. Great job, thank you!
