Not sure which quote was accurate now. Doing some works on the house before selling but I’m not convinced theirs was the most accurate quote? ??????

Cause criminal damage and these lot do nothing about it. Absolutely shocking company. Allowing rats to come from the house next door. Absolute sham

Communication has always been excellent, and I feel confident knowing that my property is being well looked after\.<br><br>I would highly recommend Northwood Estate Agent, and especially Violet, to anyone looking for a reliable and professional estate agent to manage, rent, or sell their property\.<br><br>Thank you, Violet and the Northwood team, for your excellent service.
16th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)Roberts&Co were very friendly, however they talk a far superior game to the one they play. Proper screening of people to view as well as collation of post viewing feedback was poor to non existing. They were unable to advise on anything to help improve the chances of attracting viewers other than moving photos about on the listing or reducing the price. Very reactive and not pro-active. Had to pay £480 to exit the contract early even though they admitted they have underperformed for us.
15th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)I had Stephen round yesterday to value my house and I can’t fault him at all, he was re assuring and polite to deal with. He even stayed past his finishing time on a Friday to help me move a few bits around to take pictures of my house to put it on the market. A credit to the company.

The communication was brilliant from start to finish, especially throughout the many house viewings I went to while searching for my first home.<br><br>A special thank you to Emily, who got to know exactly what I was looking for and called me about a property she thought I would love. She was completely right — I fell in love with it as soon as I viewed it, put an offer in, and was absolutely delighted when it was accepted.<br><br>The whole process from start to finish ran so smoothly, and everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful and genuinely lovely. They made what could have been a really stressful experience feel so much easier.<br><br>A huge thank you to Emily and the whole team for helping me find my perfect home! ????????- 28th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)I've called about 8 times and gotten through once.<br><br>Had to go through the Preston office to get Fulwood to call me back even after leaving Fulwood a voicemail.<br><br>Once I actually got through to Fulwood to organise a viewing, they said they'd speak to the vendor (doing their own viewings) and get back to me. That was a week ago, still heard nothing.
27th Sep 2025 (11 mo. ago)There were several issues. Initially we decided to have accompanied viewing. Our first 2 viewings were only 15 minutes apart which resulted in both sets of viewers here together! We cancelled accompanied viewings but on 2 further occasions viewers told us that their viewings had been put forward at least a week due to "shortage of staff". On the last viewing- just before our contract finished- we had a call from FH asking if we still required accompanied viewing-a matter we had cancelled 5 months before! When the viewers arrived they told us they had tried to view about 3 weeks earlier but were told no-one was available!

They always seemed to answer my millions of questions and any issues throughout the process they sorted, whether it was their job or not! Excellent communication, very good service kept us updated at all times.- 13th Jan 2026 (8 mo. ago)I AM DISAPPOINTED AND FEEL DISGUSTED WITH THIS COPANY we had come here and they was lovely in the beginning and understood everything with us and we moved in thier has been problem after problem I have a little baby and I have contacted them about mold and rats and all sorts thier out of hours number is copy and pasted I have been in several times to show how the mold is affecting even are furniture they just say somone will be in touch it has been months my child has been very ill but as 2 parents and thier baby we haven’t got much other options even when we brought up rats coming through having to sort it out selves they just said sorry in an email that was it I wouldn’t recommend trying to contaminate with these people they have no time for anyone I thought they was lovely at first and really wanted to help they left me without a working bath or sink for over a month !!!! I’m disgusted
