Emily was fantastic with helping us secure a great property in central Preston that had all the requirements we wanted and more! From the start she was friendly, engaging and understood what we were after. As we were moving from London she was super helpful with processing everything remotely and even picked me up from the railway station on my way to collect the property keys on moving day to save time. She was thorough and very professional!

I had a good impression at the beginning when renting a flat in city center, then on moving there were lots of issues with lights and switches with a broken chair, simple things that should’ve been fixed prior to me moving in. I have reported these issues on May and still haven’t been fixed until today, they have the worst property management team you can ever imagine.
The sales and viewing team are nice though.
For my next rent I will use a different company

Abby went above and beyond with great correspondence and a genuine passion for her job. I've ended up with the perfect new home :)
The other girls in the office (Emily and Amy) were also super helpful when they answered the phone.

I can not praise Emily and Abigail enough they have been so amazing with communication and not letting us feel like we're being ignored as many other estate agents do, I honestly feel like they will help us find the perfect home for our little family, we are still searching but I'm hopeful we will find something with the help of these two fantastic women. I can't praise them enough for their help so far in our journey.
