!AVOID! !AVOID! !AVOID! So to begin with everything was great. Me and my girlfriend went to view our first flat together. It was a bit rough around the edges but we looked past that and we're assured that the place would have a deep clean, freshen up and odds and ends fixed. This was one of very many empty promises. We agreed to take it on the basis of the above things were done. So all was good. Went into the office to sign the agreement/contract and collect keys (this is where the problems started). Waited about on the keys to get dropped off to the office which neve happened. We had to go to the landlords restaurant to collect the keys. At the time we just brushed this off as mistakes get made. We eventually got to the flat all excited. Opened the door to find nothing which was agreed had been done. It took them 3 weeks after we had moved in for them to sort this out. The place was disgusting to say the least. So after this the letting agents and the landlord had agreed to take £100 off the next month rent. It would be great if the nightmare stopped here but it didn't. We were in the property just under 11 months and not one thing that got reported actually got fixed in a reasonable time (some not fixed by them at all). The most recent one would be dampness (this was the last straw for us) we reported the dampness in December 2017 and by the time we handed the keys back at the start of March 2018 not one single person had came to look at the dampness. There is loads more I could go on about but I do not have the time to waste anymore. After all this. I handed my keys back at the start of march. It has taken them over 2 weeks and countless phone calls and raised voices to get my deposit back. I actually don't know how this place is still in business. They have no people skills and after all of this I never got as much as a sorry. I would encourage anyone who is even considering to use this company for anything to think twice.... Read more
