I am absolutely appalled at this estate agents letting. My daughter and her husband has been given 2 houses to let that weren't fit for a dog to live in nevermind a couple with young children. It just goes to show that no checks are done on the properties they let out.

Wouldn't give any stars if poss. Staff obnoxious and no help. Repairs not done, had to get council to intervene, very poor accountancy going on here (missing payments). No wonder Ashington office shut suddenly.

Poor communication and customer service, I spoke with Laura trying to arrange a viewing but she said she was on leave and neevr got back to me with alternative dates. I feel they were picky who they wanted to show the properties to!!!!
