I’ve always put off moving out from my parents as I’ve always thought it’s a much more complicated and time consuming process but it’s actually been very straight forward and stress less with carousel. An extra special mention for Tia as she’s been the best ! Such a lovely lady and helped us out so much. She deserves the credit !! ??????
30th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)ML provide a good professional service, with courteous and thoughtful staff. They successfully managed to sell my property which was a difficult one to move on. In terms of management they supply a prompt service with calls returned and very thorough inventories etc. I had two tenancies with them. Just one hint from me - It would be more helpful to supply 2 contractor estimates rather than just one to help speed up any insurance claims needed as I did have to get my own. Anyway - I am happy to recommend them.

6th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)Avoid this agency. We paid a deposit on the 13th and submitted all required documents. After that, communication almost completely stopped. Emails were ignored and the agent responsible said she would confirm the possible move-in date (23rd) with the landlord — then disappeared. No calls, no emails. We only found out that the landlord had agreed to our tenancy when we called them ourselves. They clearly knew earlier but never informed us. Later we were told the flat had multiple issues (faulty window, damaged carpet, toilet problems). As of the 27th, they still couldn’t give us a clear move-in date. Two weeks of waiting and uncertainty — and in the end we were left with no flat. Completely unprofessional.

When the sale fell through, family members encouraged me to look at an alternative agent but I felt it was sensible to continue & things improved dramatically. I was very grateful for all the agent did to complete the sale.
