Terrible communication I had to constantly chase them. viewers would cancel the viewing and Lennon wouldn’t even let us know so would be a waste of time and very frustrating. There social media is poor and feel don’t advertise house very well.

absolutely useless. they do the bare minimum when it comes to selling houses/getting you views. they couldn't sell water to a dehydrated fish.

Very disappointed with our experience with Lennon Properties, from the initial viewing being very unprofessional, then being forced into a 6 month contract from our rolling month contract as they suggested that the landlord was going to kick us out if we didn’t, (my partner was looking at a job in the south at this point, therefore a 6 month contract was not appropriate for us) then when we came to move out they told us about all the costs we would have for leaving the contract early and when questioning them why we were forced into the contract, they took no blame and became rather aggressive. We are now left paying for our current home and a house we no longer live in.

Couldn't rate this estate agent highly enough.
I usually find my properties on a weekend and was over the moon when my call was answered on a Sunday and arranged a viewing for the next day.
Although the property wasn't to my exact requirements, I will certainly look out for their properties in the future.
Everyone I spoke to at the office was lovely.

One of the best estate agents I've dealt with staff are great cannot fault their service a must for anyone selling or renting their house only estate agent I know I can phone up at 8pm and actually speak to someone if I have an enquires. 5?+

Excellent customer service. Every viewing was followed up and feedback provided, and the house sold relatively quickly at the asking price. At a very stressful time it was unbelievably refreshing to be able to call up, have a normal conversation, and get a straight answer. Thanks for all your help. It was very much appreciated.
