Many Thanks to Kevin and his team for selling our home recently. 5 stars as above is just is not enough to warrant the service we received from Lime. On their website they state personal service, Kevin with his unrivalled local knowledge and personal service is truly second to none! Over time we have had several estate agents and in our experience Boy! there is just no comparison. I only have positive things to say about Lime Estate Agents. They sold our house very quicky using their modern proactive approach. Kevin and the team were always on hand if we had any questions and aided us from initial marketing right through to completion, ensuring all went smoothly. Thanks to Lime Estate Agent we finally sold our house after what had been a very long and stressful period not helped by the fact that we were living abroad. Kevin and Faye were so pro-active and honest in explaining what they felt we needed to do to arouse more interest in the property which then did lead to the sale. I would not recommend Lime estate agents at all, they are unprofessional and very rude. They dictate what you are allowed to offer and if you then offer less then the asking price they actually have the nerve to say ‘you shouldn’t have wasted our time viewing the property if you couldn’t afford it. Stay well away as all they are concerned about is lining their own pockets.... Read more

We have been extremely happy with the service we received from Lime. They really do do things differently to other Estate Agents and both Kevin and Faye are excellent at what they do. Apart from helping to sell our house in 8 weeks, they were also a sympathetic ear to our stressful concerns as well as helping us keep our nerve on our price rather than dropping too much to get a quick sale (I'm sure other Estate Agents would have leapt on us and be pushing us to drop!). This really made a difference when we found the house we wanted to purchase. Which leads me on to my final point - what we didn't realise as much at the start of the process was that we were getting a company who were happy to spend time talking to us about the buying process as well, negotiating on our behalf and giving us advice when we asked for it on which houses and areas would be more of a sound investment. We couldn't be happier with our new house and know we made the right decision with both our house and our estate agent. I can't recommend Lime highly enough.... Read more
