Felt quite judged by lisa's homes due to my history from years ago. Told could not be assisted due to this. I've never had a letting agent tell me this. I would not recommend lisa's homes. I should have read the reviews before making an application. I had also previously viewed a property with liasa homes which was in very poor condition too. I cannot say enough good things about Lisa's Homes! We had very little notice to move out of our previous property, but Lisa saved the day and went out of her way to help us move in as quickly as possible. All of her staff will quite literally do anything to help and any issues are dealt with very promptly. They genuinely do care about making sure tenants are happy and supported and I wholeheartedly recommend them if you need help with property. Superb staff, superb company!... Read more

They make out they help people on benefits find homes, though they don't advertise this anywhere, just tell you they do when you ask! Their properties are not the best, yet when we tried to view one because we're desperate, they said we must be earning £1750 a month and our guarantor £2100 a month! We're on benefits and our guarantor is retired!!! They knew this. So if you're going with these people because you hope they can help you when you're claiming benefits and are at your lowest point, DON'T!!! You've been warned.... Read more

We posted videos of the disrepair on youtube and they were taken down after a couple of years so we will repost and include newspaper links to the landlords anthony and christopher dunne.... Currently renting with Lisa's homes. As God is my witness... I HATE IT. Honestly. It's the worst mistake I've made since moving to Suffolk. I paid alot of money upfront to move into a house that wasn't cleaned to standard. At all. And they actually don't care. The bins from the last tenant were overflowing and attracting flies. Someone from their team responded by saying that flies were normal around bins, which is incorrect and indicative of the lack of care! The service is laughable! The staff have an attitude when you raise an issue which is really off putting, (minus Joanne who sadly heard me crying my head off about how awful its been living here and was genuinely supportive). Mice dropping, dirty bathroom, mouldy roof which I hope gets fixed soon. It's the poorest service I've EVER experienced. The reviews that tell you to avoid aren't lying! **If you need to rent in these strange times, please only pay a deposit with a company that will go the extra mile for you to see the property first! I feel like I got conned paying to live in this house. Make sure that you rent with a company that care about your experience being an easy one because moving house is stressful enough. Save yourself the tears and the disappointment!** I'm paying for the carpets to be professionally cleaned because the previous tenant(s) had a cat and the fur is EVERYWHERE! And because the carpets weren't even hovered before I came.. I'm out of pocket! AVOID AVOID AVOID! Thank God I don't have a cat allergy otherwise I'd have been done for after giving these people my 6 months rent upfront! Honestly, look elsewhere unless you wanna be on the phone to these guys every week. Once they take your money, you take a deep breath amongst the stress of moving billions of boxes and see things for how they really are everything changes! I don't write reviews often but this is my only regret since coming to Suffolk and I wouldnt want my worst enemy to feel what I do! You work hard for your money, spend it with a company that doesn't get offended when you expect what you pay for!... Read more

When myself and my daughter became homeless lisa helped to get us both into a beautiful home with a fantastic landlord as quick as anything, the whole process was well explained and I was provided with as much help as I needed to get into the property! I have now left Lisa's homes , through no fault of theres but my wishes to move closer to family. If I ever had any issues with maintenance between Lisa's homes and my landlord the issue was always checked same day worst case scenario the next morning, always went above and beyond and for that I'm extremely grateful! My exit from the property was very smooth with no delays! If I was to ever need to move again i would be MORE than happy to go under Lisa's homes again!... Read more

Never ever try Lisa homes for renting out your property Worst services with Lisa homes they take 12000 + GST from the house owner to rent out property and gives offers which are very less than market rate and if we ask them they will tell you can't get offer better than this for my 3 bhk semi furnishedproperty he suggested me a tenent for 10 k including 2 k maintenance . I got a tenant and myself through 99 Acer's that to 15 k for same property .anger finding tenent myself I asked them for my money back from past 15 day I am asking 12 k back they are not attending the phone calls .this is a big mistake of my life... This property was awful, there was no insulation in the flat roof and the heating was costing me £6 to heat the property for just half of the day. It was only a one bedroom property. It took a year to get this problem resolved and had to get environmental health involved who issued hazard notices. The same happened with the drains outside the property that were kicking up a putrid smell which caused my bedroom to smell, despite 2 different companies telling the landlord that the drains needed repairing they failed to have the work carried out. I also had sewage come through my bedroom ceiling as the sewage pipes had no insulation on them and I had to throw all of my bed away except the frame and they would not replace the damaged items only the carpet which was theirs anyway. But it took them over two weeks to do this and I could not stay at the property at the time. I had to put up with mail going missing as they kept failing to fix front door to property. I had to personally take rubbish that was dumped in the garden as lisas homes failed to sort it out despite numerous complaints. I tripped over rubbish dumped in the garden one night as no external lighting and was knocked unconsous. They are really nice too you when you are interested in one of their properties, however once you are in and have any problems you are constantly met with problems. There are more problems I suffered at this property which I can show if you are interested to see, I have video and pictures of all of the issues that i suffered at this property. IF YOU STILL CHOOSE THIS LETTING AGENCY I HOPE YOU HAVE NO PROBLEMS.... Read more

Beyond awful.Repairs never done.Lies from Lisa promise to repair and everything bodged.Our little flat was damp mouldy and dangerous. No heaters even though Lisa ordered by local authority to install.Am currently suing her and landlord small claims for compensation. Search Lisa's homes Lowestoft on social media see videos we took of conditions. We lived there in appalling conditions and had to threaten sue local council for not making her do repairs.
