Rented a flat in a building owned by this company in Leinster Gardens, Bayswater and had to terminate the tenancy early as the property was full of working girls with visiting males at all hours which made me feel very unsafe. The rubbish was always piled high outside the doors and was constantly a problem for the neighbours.
The noise was incessant with heels on the floor above 24/7 (This is not potential slander or libel as my lawyer has a mountain of evidence I amassed during my hellish stay there). Getting deposit back only successful after threat of litigation.
That said, I cannot comment on any other of their properties, but I believe the other reviews should give you some indication.

This is the worst property agency I have ever seen in my entire life!!!!!!!
All the properties they showed on Zoopla or Rightmove are expired!
So even you paid a holding deposit, they will not hold any properties for you! After you paid the holding deposit, they are disappeared! Let you keep waiting. I don't know for how long! And after 12 days, they still ask you to stay!
If you have the plan to wait for a whole year, you will get your property! The agency's name is Matas! It is literally the most unprofessional team I ever seen it before!!!!! Check the goole review before you rent anything!

My best renting experience is with London Villas. Antonio and Pablo are both friendly and professional. They had prepared every necessary household items for me before I moved in. During our first meeting at the property, Pablo took minutes to make me familiarize everything. After moving in, they are responsive to my needs as well. I am here to say that London Villa - due to its excellent local properties and professions - is your top choice.

I am very grateful to the professional and patient from Antonio who helped me rent an ideal apartment in a short period of time. He introduced the apartment with unreserved enthusiasm, and in all the people who showed me around the apartment, he was the only one I met who really understood what it was all about. It's hard not to be impressed by people who work hard and patiently. The formalities of renting an apartment also come down very quickly, and the right to use the house has been obtained in three or four days. Very pleasant service experience and wish Antonio a happy life.

Great experience renting in Baker Street area with London Villas, friendly and to the point, meeting with Pablo took minutes to finalise every thing, their excellent local properties and knowledge leading you to the top options you can get.

He's in danger of giving real estate agents a brilliant name :) He is so empathetic, friendly, responsive, professional AND he 'pulls rabbits out of hats'! Very nice houses and very nice people. Pablo is helping a lot and any problem quickly fixed for me. I stay now in house from another agent and is very bad experience. I am sorry I leave from london villa

Booked for a long weekend and service was off the scale good. Carly was on the end of the line whenever we needed her and the porter was always there with a mega watt smile. Even my girlfriend couldnt wipe it from his face and she’s a proper mare on her best behaviour.

An incredible experience! Carly just made it for us. That girl is such a delight. We arrived in the early hours of the morning and she made it so easy for us to check-in. I asked for the flat to be decorated for my other half’s birthday and she did an awesome job. I know I’m kind of high maintenance but Carly always answers with a smile. It’s like talking to a mate. Thank you for making our trip extra special
