Having shopped here over many years, I recommended you to a friend whom I accompanied and was appalled by the lack of interest we received. I had to ask for assistance and upon the purchase by my friend of a sofa the person concerned showed little interest in the sale and sat behind her computer for the duration. This is the worst estate agent I have ever encountered? I did a short let them, yet my deposit is still not returned to me after almost 2 months since the end of the short let. The excuse they have used is they need to get quote to replace upholstery of a chair. In what world does obtaining a quote take almost 2 months?Also, staff very rude, not replying to emails even after several chases. Avoid at all cost if you don't want this nightmare!!!!... Read more
