So good!! We decided to go down the route of “Love2Move” after it was recommended by an estate agent in our village. I work from home so I had the time to arrange the viewings myself and liaise with potential buyers. This gave me the control, saved time and more importantly saved us money too!! We managed to secure an offer on our property in just 2 days of it being on the market. The portal is so easy to use and I really enjoyed being able to keep in contact with our buyer throughout the process by using their messaging feature. Thank you especially to Holly for her amazing customer service. I will be recommending to anyone looking to sell in the future :)

I am very disappointed with love2move. I decided to go with them after their agent told us that our property will sell very quickly and without issues. They were very quick to take my upfront payment but after that everything was incredibly slow. They took 5 days to upload the ads from the moment they took the photos and more than 10 days for the sign to be installed outside the house. No one explained to me at all how the system works and whether I should answer any queries from potential buyers or whether they would do that. I received no interest in the property whatsoever and when I rang the agent to discuss whether there's anything we could do to improve the ad, I was told to simply chill out and wait. There was key information missing from the ad (about the location of the property) and I brought this to the agent's attention and a week later, it still was not resolved. I asked for a refund when I saw that I am not receiving any help or support whatsoever and after I complained numerous times but I was told I am not entitled to it as I was two days out of the 14 days cooling off period. They then took ages to remove the ads, and I had to remind them numerous times which was very frustrating as our new agents wanted the ads removed before we could sign a contract with them.
A waste of £895 which only caused us frustration and a lot of wasted time. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone!

All staff wonderfully pleasant initial offer within 2 weeks. communications as to viewings sometimes was a bit haphazard but was not a major issue for us

Holly and the team at Love2move and Phillipa at Movingworks were fantastic. They kept us updated at every stage. We were able to use the love2move system easily and manage viewings at our own convenience. We sold our house on the first day of viewings. Thanks Mr and Mrs Horton (Penwortham)

Mark and his team have provided us with a FIRST CLASS and very professional service. We sold our house the first day we had viewings, after posting it on the Love2Move portal ! Along the way, Marks' advice, guidance and encouragement were always considered and in balance with what we were trying to achieve. He has a very professional and courteous manner and is very easy to deal with. I used L2M to help me move house recently, I found this was a great way to get value for money, but also to give me a flexible approach to viewings. With me working from home at the minute, it has meant that I could fit viewings in around my working day. This was a big factor to me getting my sale as I was able to do multiple viewings for a couple in a short space of time. I would 100% use again!
