It all started with them answering the phone in as much as a few seconds! We were fully looked after by the whole team and a special mention for Chris for his professional and speedy service. Without a doubt the worst letting agency I have ever used. There’s not a chance in hell I will ever use them again. The way they treat their tenants is disgusting, on inspection I was told I’m not allowed to have a Maiden out and my house should look like a showroom. They took ridiculous photos & absolutely belittle me asking me do I own a hoover & a mop! I had not long had a baby at this point. I’m astonished they are still in business.... Read more

Do not trust this letting agency. Lawrence told me one thing to my face then changed his tune over the phone a couple of days later, trying to unfairly charge me and take money out of my bond. The coward!! Also expect to roll the red carpet out for them every few months for the inspection, the fail to understand that you may have children who do make mess from time to time so even though you’ve spent all the previous day cleaning up for them, they’ll will turn up and make comments like, do you own a mop? Or has this even been hoovered? Damn right rude, snobby, stuck up their own back side, waste of space. Good for nothing! Go with a reputable letting agency who looks after their tenants... Read more

I don't have enough words to describe the horrible service...They do not respect the customer! We had an appointment for a house to view,they called 10min. before that to cancel it cause they dont have a key...We went to the office and said that we like the house and want to rent it without to make another appointment ....they said that's not possible but promised us to be the first on the next day in the morning to view the house and if realy like it to rent it. We made the appointment for 9.15am next day...but guess what???Next day at 8am we've got a text message from Lawrence Rooney Liers that the appointment is canceled again because the house is already rent it...?!??'!
