Absolutely love our home, there have been a couple of teething issues as expected with new builds (nothing serious) and they have been dealt with promptly and with no qualms by management.
Our home is bright, airy, and included our choice of carpet colour, horizontal blinds, fridge freezer, stove and turf - which saved us a lot of expense.
Homes are sympathetic to the surroundings and have been planted with trees, shrubs etc.
Would certainly recommend to anyone wishing to buy a new home in the area.

Affordable housing my bum ... they wanted 65000 off me so a part ownership in having 25% . Very disappointing as that helps no one .

Poor building standard bad managment. Got a list of faults a foot long. Windows not sealing cracking in walls and plaster breaking off in chunks, leaking from bathroom into lounge, doors not closing, bits of cement falling from the roof, roads outside property look like a dog's breakfast children's park constantly closed with no explanation why. foot path again completed but closed, no calming measures for traffic out side housing estate dangerous for children in fact anyone trying to cross the road.
