Avoid. Didn't do repairs, meant very expensive fix as they allowed issue to worsen over time. Wouldnt recommended for landlords or tenants. Can't trust them to look after a property.

I have been very disappointed by the performance of this company and its branch in Grange over several years. In renting out a property I hoped for a good service. The communication is poor, multiple staff deal with me and fail to keep records of what is happening with my property. I usually have to call mutiple times to get simple jobs done. There is no proper record keeping. They often say they can’t find tradesmen and ask me to do this even though I live 100s of miles away. I have nothing against the staff personally, who are pleasant but the service is not worth the money.

I was looking to purchase a cottage in aspatria, fortunately i am not in a chain therefore was a "cash" buyer, i made an appointment to view the property and after being informed i was only the second person to enquire, a viewing was arranged for this weekend. To my amazement and disappointment for both myself and the vendor i received a call on friday afternoon to be told the property as now been sold.
I find this selling technique somewhat disappointing as i dont believe the vendor as had the opportunity to fulfill the propertys true market value due to the hasty decision of the agent, admittedly we read the housing market is booming but is it more the fact that the agents are getting properties sold for their statistics instead of whats best for the vendor and other potential buyers

Yet to hear anything back from these agents regarding renting a bungalow property for a retired disabled old lady
