Absolutely brilliant from day one.

I switched to Grisdales, (Cockermouth branch), from another agent because I'd not had much interest on my house for months. I had viewings with Grisdales within a matter of weeks and an offer before the end of the year. The pictures of my house were brilliant.

Always really friendly and professional no matter who you speak to in the office and they couldn't do enough for me to help me through my sale.

Can't recommend them enough. ????

Absolutely awful. Unprofessional. Incompetent. High turnover of staff, (I wonder why??).

I can only assume that this company is still in business due to the poor quality of the local competition.
