Following a change of employment from Lancashire to Cumbria, relocation was my preferred option but properties I’d found online weren’t suitable or had been snapped up online before I had chance to view them.
I approached Grisdales and the staff at Whitehaven and Cockermouth offices were very helpful. Alison in the Cockermouth office knew the type of property I wanted, location and budget. She found the ideal place, arranged a convenient viewing time and managed to get the keys to me a few weeks earlier than planned.
The paperwork that followed was simple, in plain English and was completed from my phone.
I’d thoroughly recommend Grisdales to anyone looking to rent a property.
