I found Louise and her team really honest and helpful and they were always happy to chat to me when I had questions and advised me what my best options were. The house I wanted to buy fell through so it was not an easy process but they done everything they could to secure the sale of my house and help me find something else to buy and constantly reassured me and put my mind at ease. I would 100% go with them if I was ever to sell again. I’ve also passed on their details to friends who are moving. Oh and they also got me above my asking price so thank you so much Louise ????

Very efficient, professional and friendly service offered from start to finish. The on-line video walk around of our property was excellent. Plenty of viewings and the one important viewing which resulted in our sale for full asking price. The sale was then progressed in a professional manner. Any time we had a question it was answered promptly. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for any of the staff.They had excellent local knowledge. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Recently bought a house through ME Estate Agents and the entire experience was amazing, even with being first time buyers, the depth of knowledge that the team had really helps us get through the lengthy process.
Estate agents are mainly acting on behalf of the seller, but here at ME, the team made sure our concerns and comments were heard and acted upon swiftly. There was also a constant open communications channel to get regular updates on the how far the buying process had progressed. This was especially beneficial to us as we were on a tight deadline to get to completion date as soon as possible.
With all that said, I would like to extend a special thanks to Jon, Hayley and Anne-Rie for being there and supporting us from the offer phase, through to the searches/contract phase and on to completion. You guys rock!

I have now moved into my home, first time owner, and excited about it!
ME was looking after this property, and Hayley in particular has been at my side for the whole 4 months this transaction took.
Visiting the property and getting all the details I needed during a pandemic was something I never thought would work, but Hayley made it work.
And once the process started, she was there to answer any of my questions (even those I expected my solicitors to answer), coordinate between parties and making sure everything went smoothly.
Long story short, ME and Hayley have made this first time purchase a less stressful (still a little stressful though ????) and I really hope if I buy a new home one day, I'll get to work with Hayley again ????
Professional, very responsive where others aren't, helpful all along the process, and going the extra mile.
A very happy customer indeed.

ME in Alton provided a good service from start to finish. I really liked the 3D Virtual reality tour as a selling tool. I was consulted all through the process of setting up the marketing particulars.
The team always communicated about forthcoming viewings and kept me informed with buyers thoughts. And then through the sale process they chivied the solicitors, and facilitated through to completion and handing the keys to the new tenants. ME Alton have a super team whose service I have no hesitation in recommending.

Hayley from ME was excellent and in a difficult Market due to the Stamp Duty holiday and Covid, she was a definite conduit in helping us come to sensible decision. She was heavily involved in the entire process, and remained positive throughout.
In comparison we pulled out of a Purchase in Dorset, mainly due to the Vendors Estate Agent acting arrogantly and being very non communitative
Not all Estate Agents are like ME, but maybe they should be
We Completed today and are looking forward to a new life in Dorset
