I’ve been with Moorfield for 7 years now and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Charlie is the kindest agent I’ve ever met and always goes above and beyond to get things sorted quickly. He even came to let us in our flat out of office hours when we lost our key! Fantastic agency

I understand anyone can be busy but, I have been calling the agency for a week and couldn’t get to talk to anyone. The operated call system suggests me to leave message and number so I have left my number twice and no one called for days now!!!

Received this email below a month after my offer was accepted and later saw the property sold to somebody else 2 days later for a different price.

Unfortunately the vendor has decided to withdraw the property from the
market.
This was unforeseen by us and we apologise for the inconvenience this

Charlie has been absolutely amazing - most helpful and kind estate agent I’ve ever come across! He helped me rent a property despite not being able to visit myself to view, always just a text or call away to answer my questions. He has gone above and beyond to make sure everything has run smoothly and even helped me out on a Sunday when I was locked out my back gate. Would recommend to anyone - Moorfield will provide you with a hassle-free and approachable service! Thank you Charlie!

Can’t recommend highly enough, from start to finish the team have been on the ball, super friendly and helpful. I’ve dealt with other estate agents when looking for a new property and they were no where near as inviting or helpful as Moorfield. Cannot fault the team at all.

I was renting through the Redfield office for a number of years, and always found the staff in the office extremely helpful when/if a problem should arise with the property. The issue was always dealt with in a professional manner with a skilled workforce who always arrived on time and in emergency. 5 STAR all the way with Charlie who was the guy I would liase with on my property. Highly recommend.

I´ve been with Moorfield since 2010 and started renting a studio then, moved to a flat after two years. My whole experience has been great as Charlie, my agent, has always done his best to provide solutions in a very professional and friendly manner when having any issues with the properties I rent. Until these days I am satisfied with their services and would highly recommend them.
