Both the sales and lettings sections of this agency are streets above the others,including the very big boys in Bristol.I have dealt with a few rental agents before and House and Co they have consistently gone above and beyond.

This agency is highly RELIABLE, PROFESSIONAL, and act with integrity at all times, thus saving a client a lot of time and energy. I became sick during the 18 years I dealt with Dave in rentals and he treated me like a relative.He helped fill out forms required by the council,negotiate areas that fell out of the remit of his job and more.
Jon too of the sales team .I met him 18 years ago when he sold me a property and again when I sold.
He again can be fully trusted and is very very credible.( He also has a great sense of humour) Ria has been great in staying on top of things and you know once you pass a request on it is acted upon without chasing,especially at the very stressful time if buying and selling.

Use these agents whenever possible.
