Experience was very good with the offer received £20k (yes, £20k) above advertised price. I had 3 agents value property and all 3 were within £5k of each other. Back up team were great and I was kept informed of viewings at all times. Couldn't ask for any more. Property went to best offers after 7 views in under a week.

Recently found a rental property through House + Co - Excellent agency, super smooth, easy process. Dave and Michelle replied promptly to queries and got everything processed and sorted in a couple of days. Time from viewing to move in appointment was less than a week! Amazing! My experience of houseandco has been absolutely amazing. Everyone that I came across that worked there would always do everything they could to help, and often went above and beyond expectations. This was particularly the case where all solicitors involved seemed to be fairly clueless, and I felt houseandco did a lot more to help the process move along than the solicitors did. Particular thanks to Ria and Jess who did a lot of work around trying to smooth over complications along the way with both selling and buying and were constantly available to offer support and advice. I would without a doubt use houseandco again in future!

Would avoid for private rental. Staff member I dealt with wasn't accommodating, responsive or helpful. The reason you can't find my records is because whoever I dealt with refused to respond to emails after she spoke to me and met with me for a viewing. My follow up emails were ignored. You cannot deny that your staff ignored me - they've done it to other customers too, I've read through the 1 star reviews.
These guys are great at manipulating google reviews - they will reply and tell you 'we don't have your details' or 'this is what REALLY happened' but in reality it's not the full story. Be careful, check out ALL of the reviews!

I agree with all the good reviews here. House & Co are great, best agent I've ever rented from, and there's been a few over the years! I have fairly recently managed to buy my own house now, thankfully, but if I needed to rent again in the future, they would be the first agent I'd contact for that part of town. I vaguely know the guy who set this company up (through a joint friend, been out for drinks a few times way back), and he's one of the nicest blokes you could hope to meet!
