I dealt with Anna Bateman - she was amazing, quick to feedback and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process of securing our first home.
She has continued to stay in touch and support when needed since we moved in, and in my opinion if she hasn't had one already she deserves a pay-rise! :P

A particular mention to Jess Latham who worked tirelessly to help push the completion over the line after it was extremely delayed by the lack of urgency of the solicitors on both sides of the sale. Jess is an asset to the Estate Agents.
I would never again use the solicitor that was recommended by Holbrook Moran though. I think that they are recommended because they get a referral fee.
HM Redfield also managed our property when we let it out. Anna is excellent and I’d recommend using HM Redfield to Landlords in that area.
It was a pleasant experience dealing with both Anna and Jess because of their politeness and professionalism. Thank you!

I could not recommend HM Redfield more! We initially instructed HM to sale our property two years ago however due to issues with our prospective new home our sale fell through. Simon and Ryan (at the time) supported us through every step of the process, despite at the end not receiving any payment due to non completion. This did not phase them in the slightest and they went above and beyond to help us. I could not be any more grateful.
2 years on we contacted Simon and we got the ball rolling again. Simon visited our property, offered a valuation, talked through the current housing climate, offered advice and recommendations and two days later our property was listed for sale. We managed to sale our property within the week which was amazing. I know this will not be the case in all sales but I do know that the service any customer will receive from Simon and the team will be second to none. Communication was fast and efficient, the team are friendly and accommodating and put the customer needs first.
In my experience, HM really do make the selling process as seamless and stress free as possible, maintaining sheer professionalism.

I used HM to rent my property out and eventually sell it.
During the rental phase Mandy did a great job at securing the right tenant and ensuring that all repairs were actioned promptly in consultation with myself. The team’s day to day management of the flat was to a high standard and all charges were fair and reasonable.
With the sale of the property HM used their excellent knowledge of the area to market the flat at the right price; an offer was made and accepted within a week. A brilliant start. When I asked Simon for assistance re: moving the sale forward he was able to use his strong relationships with the legal teams to ensure exchange and completion took place swiftly. The way he guided the purchaser was particularly impressive.
For buy to let landlords HM offer a great all round service, much recommended.

This is the first time I'd sold a house and had heard the horror stories about estate agents from friends and family, however, the team at HM in Redfield, especially Ryan were fantastic from our first engagement!
From the very first meeting with Ryan (after having met several other estate agents), I was confident that Ryan and the team would deliver everything that was discussed and they did that as well as going above and beyond to assist me with my onward purchase offering me advice and support throughout the process. Even when Ryan was out of the office, his colleagues, including Simon were knowledgeable about my case and on hand to provide the same support. This was great and a little unexpected as often when someone is absent from work, it has to wait until they return which is not what you want to hear when the pressure of stamp duty holiday ending loomed! Definitely a pleasant surprise!
Having been able to have open and honest discussions with Ryan from the outset and asking for him to take complete control of everything was such a relief as it took the pressure off worrying about what I might need to do or organise whilst working a full time job and carrying out the buying and selling process solo.
Communication was excellent at every stage and there was never a moment where I didn't feel like I didn't know what was going on and this continued right up until I put my keys back through my front door and went on to pick up my new keys. What was invaluable was the extra support during the communications with the solicitors and my buyers, and although it was a stressful experience, it was definitely less stressful than I had anticipated thanks to Ryan and the team at HM Redfield and I would recommend them to anyone buying or selling a home in the future!

I have rented out a property I own through Holbrook Moran for over 16 years, and received excellent service from Mandy Stokes, and so recently when I decided to sell the property I chose to use their sales division to put the property on the market. I live abroad, and so things got complicated with time differences and paperwork having to be sent by email etc, but Simon Angell and team were responsive and professional throughout. He was knowledgeable and prompt, and had 17 viewings booked in 24 hours of listing the house. The house sold in 3 days! Simon also acted as go-between between us and the buyers as the searches and contracts process dragged on after the sale was agreed, and kept me informed at all times. He even arranged for someone to go and pick up the mail and scan any bills so that I could pay them from abroad while the property was vacant! I would highly recommend this locally-owned business for both lettings and house sales.

I was contacted about viewing a property two days ago. I wasn't asked if it was convenient to talk, was provided with a very small window of time to arrange to view it—and when I explained I was unable to view during those times, I was basically told there aren't any other options. I haven't heard anything since.
I understand that in some cases, it's a sellers market - but I think there's a basic level of service and courtesy that we should be able to expect as potential buyers.
Based on my experience, I'd avoid this company.

The service I received from Dean Welch and Leigh Messenger at Holbrook Moran was absolutely second to none. From the initial visit, valuation and agreement of terms for the sale of my property, right through to completion, I witnessed nothing but total professionalism.
And, the house details were widely marketed and the for sale sign erected the very next morning! 15 viewings were arranged for the Open Day the following Saturday and by Tuesday I had received 5 offers!
In addition Leigh is and was a real solutions person whenever I sought her advice given that house moving can be one rollercoaster of an experience! I totally rate Holrook Moran and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking to buy and sell. Leigh also arranged indepent mortgage advice for my son, which helped him enormously. Even I am surprised at myself that I am writing a positive review about an Estate Agent!
Holbrook Moran took on the project of selling the house knowing that it wasn’t going to be an easy sale due to some unusual circumstances. The manager Dean came to value the property and supplied some innovative ideas as to how we could achieve maximum exposure to the market. An open day was arranged and their tactics worked, more than 50 viewings took place! Even though the winning bidder attempted to renegotiate the sale price just prior to the exchange of contracts, their negotiator Leigh tirelessly kept the dialogue going and secured the previous price that was agreed, saving me a considerable amount of money and keeping me informed at every stage. All of their staff were friendly and approachable, and their honesty with me was appreciated, even if it wasn’t what I wanted to hear at times. Thank you for all the time you have spent making my house sale possible.

In April 2014.Dean was the last of four local estate agents to value my property in St George. He made an instant impression on my wife and I. He is friendly, professional, and clearly loves his job. Without any pressure he gave his honest advice and opinion as to the best course of action in our circumstances. He explained the selling and renting options fully to us. We decided to sell, and for us, Dean was the only choice. He also offered an excellent deal, but more importantly, with his market knowledge, was confident in selling our property.
Lee then took a set of excellent photographs which were on the national websites later that day, and then an open day was arranged which was well attended. Within three days offers were made, and Dean negotiated the best price on my behalf, keeping me fully informed, and providing advice from his vast experience. During the period between formal offer and completion, Dean acted as an excellent mediator and smoothed out any potential “deal breakers” from both sides
All the staff in the office were always friendly and repeatedly sorted any concerns, however trivial.

When we came to sell our house about 6 months ago, we spoke to three Estate Agents in the area. All three were very different. Holbrook Moran demostrated a good understanding of the market place and circumstances at the time. They were prepared to negoitate and gave us a very good deal. We were lucky to sell our house very quickly. We had difficulty finding another property and they dealt with our buyer well (who was also very patient).
They offered a friendly and professional service and offered us support when required. All went smoothly in the end and both us and our buyer are very happy.
