It's a shame I have to reward even one star! This place is a farce. If you are given the opportunity to work here, don't. You will be treated like something someone has just stood in and be spoken to the same way too. The "Management" (if you can call them that) is absolutely shocking. I have never worked in a place before where you can email your HR and get absolutely no response regardless of what your issue may be. USELESS! There is a strong bullying culture but management do nothing about it as the bullies have been there long time and basically are brown nosing the managers and vice versa actually. You will be spoken at, and not to. You will be told what to do, and not asked and you will be out casted if you are British as the majority are of more European nationality and these are generally the bullies. You can tell HR and management but the will do nothing to support you. EVER. It's like being in the big brother house. You are constantly being monitored on the CCTV. You are even monitored how often you visit the restroom. The owners, I feel, have no clue how their business is being ran. I think they should by now be questioning why so many people are leaving this place. It's a revolving door. AVOID.... Read more

Boss treats people like dirt, talks at them, not to them. Staff leaving all the time, he gets rid of the best people to run shifts and keeps the horrible ones, supervisor shouts all the time and is horrible, if face doesn't fit with boss then he WILL make sure you have no job. Good company with good staff that are treated poorly by supervisor and Boss. Would love to know if the owners know half of what happens in there factory, I guess they don't as they would be horrified, all the skilled people have walked out or been pushed out, supervisor was got rid of but was best one we have had now left with horrible people talking nasty to us...
