I decided to use Bergins to sell my house as Id used them before and had received an excellent service. I wasn't dissapointed this time either and once again had a wonderful experiance.
From the very beggining Mike was prompt, professional and very informative. He was able to carry out all of the viewings and really went the extra mile with the logistics, always keeping me up to speed with important feedback. Mike has great people skills when interracting with customers.
I also found interrraction between myself and the staff at the office (the other Mike!) to be fantastic.
I wouldnt use anybody else in the area to sell a property and would highly reccommend Bergins.
Thank you both Mikes for a brilliant service.

Messaged to view a property on the 20th February. Friday 23rd, phoned them as had no response, and was told that they were really busy and to message back next week. Messaged them again 27th. 1st March STILL no response.
If you want to sell or lease your property, I'd go to a different agent. There's no shortage of them.

I would highly recommend Bergins estate agents if you are looking to buy, sell or rent.
I have purchased properties to add to my property portfolio with the help from Mike and found him to very professional with a warm friendly manner.
He will see the sale right through to the end and will chase solicitors to help meet your deadlines and will keep you informed all the way which really eases the stress with the purchase.
With all the legislation landlords have to abide to and the worry that this brings I began to seek help from Amanda who works on the rental side and was blown away by her knowledge and the passion she has for her work so much so that she now looks after all my properties.
I can now sleep at night knowing that everything has been taken care of by Amanda and that she's always there for me should I need her.
I would not go anywhere else.

We’ve just bought a house through Bergins as first time buyers and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Mike accommodated us to have multiple visits to the house whilst waiting for completion and was a huge help dealing with the solicitors and speaking to the sellers on our behalf. Both he and Uncle Mike were professional and helpful throughout the process.
We will 100% be using them again in the future when it comes to selling.

I am not a person who normally put a detailed review. However , here my purpuse is to raise an alarm for those who are going to buy a property through Bergin estate.
I don't know how come they have got even a star . Bergin Estate is a biggest fraud agent .
I was in process of buying a house. I will not hesitate to put down the address to make aware of other buyers [ 4 Bulford Avenue, M22 1UU].
Mike told us from the very first day that both couples got separated and living in their parents house and they want to sell this property ASAP. OK.. and he mentioned this 100 times , and everytime I have spoken to him. Also I did put offer on some of the on some of the appliances. It took 6 months to complete the survey and solicitor things , which has taken my precious time, lot of money and energy. As they were not sending anything on time. Further I have started receiving more emails to purchase more items in higher cost. I refused.
Finally , when searches were completed. Mike dropped me SMS that owner new house construction is not complete, so they can not move till December, may be more after . I straight phoned him, he was just chilled saying that 'I will speak to Rachel and get back to you.' Since than, he never answered.
All my purpose to put this on Google to make aware everyone when buying property to be alert of such cowboys. Is very distressful when you get cheated.

I had a house viewing booked in for half 1. I had arrived 5 minutes early, and proceeded to wait until quarter to before calling the offices to see what was going on.
After 45 minutes of waiting outside in the cold, 3 phone calls with excuses, as well as thinking she was showing me a different house, I gave up and went home.
I usually never leave reviews, but I have never been dealt with in such an unprofessional manner. If this is how house viewings are dealt with, I daren't think what it's like having them manage a property I was renting. I quickly cancelled any other viewings I had tried to arrange.

Great experience renting with Bergins Always professional and on hand to answer any questions we had. Very responsive with emails and returning calls which made us feel at ease at what can be a stressful time! Amanda the manager at Bergins has been amazing very person centred and worked with us all the way from viewings to signing and getting the keys. Mike and Lydia are also great to deal with can’t recommend the team enough

Highly recommended! Bergins Estate Agents looked after the sale of my property in the most efficient way possible. The process was quick and painless. Mike is very professional and responsive and handled every step of the sale brilliantly. I purchased and sold properties before and it’s never been so easy. He also recommended me a solicitor who contributed to expedite the sale and they were in touch all the time. I would definitely use Bergins Estate Agents again and would recommend them to anybody who is looking for a hassle free process.
