Also the manager is speaking rudely to clients.
Amanda is never in the office at all office timings ,
She is always in hurry and busy in her own private work.
She have no solutions for a clients problem and when it’s already stressful while moving she creates more stress by delaying the work.

Excellent estate agents. A pleasure to work with from valuation to completion. Mike and the team handled the sale of our house perfectly, always friendly and always dealing with queries and concerns immediately, keeping us constantly updated without us having to ask. Our property was empty for a lot of the time and we felt confident leaving Bergins in charge. Highest possible recommendation.

I recently used Bergins when acting as the executor for my father's estate. They were excellent. They responded really quickly when I first made enquiries with local agents , are very competitively priced and were really friendly and courteous to deal with. They know the local market really well and we had prospective purchasers viewing immediately . The house went on the market on 16th May and we completed with the proceeds in the estate account last Friday 16th August . Three months start to finish. Brilliant service and highly recommend.

I hired these guys to property manage my portfolio while living overseas, The service is 2nd to none. I also instructed them for the sale of 4 properties and with some issues with leasehold holding up the sale Mike and his team we're nothing but awesome in helping out and keeping their buyers on board. I would without a doubt recommend these guys for management and sales, Flawless and professional in every department.

I first started dealing with these guys back in 2005 when they were called ‘TLB HOMES’...back then they were incredibly efficient and solved any and all problems immediately. The company was then sold to a much much lesser company and the following years of my property management were an absolute disaster! Luckily Tony got the team back together and started again as Bergins. It was an absolute dream come true, since Bergins took over the management of my properties, there are no such things as problems, just solutions!

My main contact at Bergins is a lady called Amanda...Amanda is categorically one of the most efficient people I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Before Amanda has informed you about the problem, she’s already made a plan to solve the problem! As a property owner, I could not wish, or want anyone else to manage and look after my properties. Great work Amanda please keep it going!

The whole team are excellent also, from Mike on property sales to Anna in accounts. If you need someone to manage your properties, you’d be a fool to look anywhere else in South Manchester.
