Collections are pretty straight forward and the staff are always accommodating and polite, although i would still prefer not to have to go to collect myself! This is the third time i have had to go collect something after the red card was shoved through my letter box when we were home and no one heard the doorbell OR a knock! Every other delivery person will give us a chance to answer , or , either leaves the parcels in a safe place or with a neighbour but i think this must be too much of a delay for Royal Mail! It seems they are ok with letters but useless with parcels!

Make sure you check opening times before you visit and not just what stated on Google, as they are VERY wrong at this time.
Decent social distancing procedures put in place.

Despite large do not obstruct gates vans continue to do so everyday. No number plate on van, guess post office manager don't care van is illegal without number plate.
