After trying to sell our house with another company for 8 months, we decided to put the property on the market with yourmove after a discussion with Sophie at the Washington branch. Within 4 weeks of the property being on the market with Yourmove, Sophie had carried out a viewing and secured a sale...much to our delight!
We are due to complete on 1st March and the process couldn’t have been made easier. We’ve been updated every step of the way, help has been available to us and any questions we had, were answered with no hassle to Sophie or her colleagues. The process couldn’t have been more stress free for us and we are grateful to the Washington branch for the smooth transition.

I did not even want to give one star..I would stay well clear of Bridgfords in Washington. The staff are useless and really do not help. We moved out of a property and we waited 2 month for our deposit back. I really would not recommend this agency!! With this agency you constantly bang your head off the wall.
I have dealt with Pattinson Washington recently when finding a tenant for my home. I found them to be extremely helpful, professional and knowledgable, making me feel very at ease at what can be a stressful time. I dealt with a member of staff there called Lisa, who I can not recommend enough as she went above and beyond what was required. The whole team there are brilliant and I will definitely be doing all my future business with them and recommending them to family and friends!
They are helpful when looking for a house give you lots of information.
Used Gordon Lamb for two purchases and one sale and they've been exceptional every time.
I had a very similar experience presumably with the same so called manager as Nitro Edits. Same terminology used. Appalling rude and disrespectful responses from him also. Same problems blamed on software. I was also accused of hiding overpayment. I also terminated my contract. Accused my tenants and me of lying. I have an excellent relationship with them. Wrote to G Lamb to highlight and got 1 sentence letter stating he was fully confident in his manager. Says it all really. This man does not deserve to earn a living from abusing his customers. Again had to give 1 star to allow me to publish. AVOID. The most arrogant patronising and disrespectful person I have come across.

The team at Riverside are not just professional, they actually care, which in this day & age to receive this type of service is extremely rare. So in summary, if you’re looking for a reliable Estate agent that delivers on their promises, look no further! Within less than a week of being listed they found me a buyer.

I strongly recommend you avoid this company, in my opinion there business practise is very bad. We thought the house was quite nice and in a decent area when we moved in but the list of problems soon began to mount: Most of the doors did not shut properly; the back door did not actually have a lock, we tried a key and were met with wood the conservatory (apart from stinking of animals) electrics did not work; some light fittings hit the doors so we could not attach bulbs incase they shattered on our young child; some of the lights simply did not work; the gardens were in a very untidy condition, and wooden decking smelt like animal waste; and the plumbing well the less said about that the better, we had one flood due to a burst pipe and many other issues, turn one tap on another tap would burst out with water at full pressure! We notified the landlord (Stephanie) about these issues and none of them (apart from the flood) were addressed, so we decided to find another property to rent.
When we informed the landlord we were unsatisfied she wanted us out very quickly which we arranged (despite paying for the full months rent) and then again asked us to hand the keys in about 5 days earlier than we agreed which stupidly we obliged to. This meant we missed the bin day so there was a small amount of rubbish left tidily outside (an office chair and a small child's bedside cabinet. The toilet seat was loose, so we bought a new bracket but I was unable to fit it before the keys got handed in, so I posted it through the letterbox. A couple of minor marks on the stairs of when we moved and the fake wood side of a kitchen bench had snapped on the corner that stuck out about an inch from the cabinet. Consequently, the landlord has kept the entire £595 deposit, which we have heard after speaking to other people has happened before. The annoying thing is we left over £1,000 of brand new blinds and a £500 carpet, we were good tenants who always paid rent on time, were no bother and were happy to leave the above as they were of no use to us.
To me Riverside Residential Property Service are sneaky con artists who are unlawful. If the tenancy had been in my name I would have already proceeded with litigation. Hopefully you will take my words of advice and avoid this company!
