I would urge anyone to avoid dealing with MPS sales and lettings at all cost. It wasn’t until moving into a property under their management a week ago, that we were exposed to both Dangerous and disgusting issues with the property. The issues were impossible to see from the initial viewing however we have now been informed MPS were aware of them. Once the issues were voiced we were made several false promises of dates and times to get the issues resolved. “Leave it with me, leave it with me.” They also made assurances on behalf of the landlord which turned out to be lies after the landlord contacted us directly to apologise for the chaos we have faced. Only one of the many issues has been addressed so far and the worker has returned to us for payment as MPS have refused to pay. He said they cancelled the job 2 hours after it had been completed. They have now cancelled the tenancy and cut ties because the landlord has challenged their management of the property. We now have to find alternative living arrangements but can rest assured as it will not be in a property managed by MPS.... Read more
