Instructed Copeland Residential to market and sell my property. They quickly found a number of viewings and secured a sale very quickly. They were very professional throughout and when a leak was discovered at the property near to completion date they went the extra mile to ensure remedial works were scheduled in and the sale still completed on the suggested date. Special mention to Andrew from Copelands who really could not have been more helpful in securing everything completed on time. Would certainly recommend Copeland Residential to anyone.

As a current tenant, I must say the service supplied by Copeland is first class. My partner and I have been with Copeland for 6 years, and all repairs have been looked at and repaired with the minimum of fuss, I have rang with heating issues and had a plumber round the same morning. The trades men used are polite and effichient.
Paul and Judith have always been polite and friendly and have always given me honest and concise advice on all issues. The staff at Copelands are all very polite and a joy to deal with.

Use them as a landlord. Wouldn't now use anyone else. Rebecca worked really hard to find a tenant. Very professional, responsive. Always kept me fully informed and ensured all legal requirements met. From my experience and Ive tried a few, they are the very best in town. I can honestly say I wouldn’t trust anyone else. Tenants too can be reassured of a quality efficient service. What more could anyone ask for?
