5th May 2026 (23 weeks ago)Disappointing experience. Took time off work to attend a viewing, only to have the agent discuss a live offer with the seller in front of me during the appointment. It made for a really awkward and unprofessional situation. While they later acknowledged it could have been handled differently, they ultimately stood by their actions. Needless to say I wound trust then to be involved in and sales or purchase. Basic discretion during viewings shouldn’t be too much to expect right?

They have helped us every step of the way through two really significant processes for our family - buying our first home and selling my late grandparents house.<br><br>Nicole and Aimee in particular have been absolutely brilliant throughout. They’ve always been friendly, approachable and on hand to answer questions, chase things up and keep us updated, which has made such a difference during what can be a really stressful process.<br><br>Buying our first home has obviously been such an exciting milestone for us, while selling my grandparents house has been a much more emotional experience, and we’ve really appreciated the kindness, patience and support we’ve been shown with both.<br><br>We’ve always felt like we could pick up the phone or send a message and know that someone would help. A huge thank you to Nicole, Aimee and the whole team for making everything feel that little bit easier.
