Absolutely second to none service and they have genuinely restored my faith in Estate Agents. Janet is transparent, professional and has an honest common-sense approach when it comes to lettings. I cannot thank her enough. There’s a reason they are the number one name in the area — and I wouldn’t bother looking elsewhere if I was a Landlord looking for property management. As soon as you walk into the office you are greeted with a smile and warmth and speaking to them via the phone was no different. Viewing was carried out on time and the agent was so lovely as well. The Staff in the Chester-le-Street office were exceptional. Given short notice to arrange my Rental Contract and dealing with my hasty departure abroad and the tenants coming to the country from Iran was a difficult task but they achieved it efficiently and speedily. Thank you to them all.

Moving home can be a hard and stressful experience. (But always worth it when you finally get in). The team at Chester-le-Street were amazing at helping find a house and get completed.
