Warning!! Don't rent your house to this company. Once they take possession of your house they will make your life a nightmare. They are very nice till you sign contracts. The contract they give is limited not done properly any problem they won't care. House will be rented to asylum refugees or multiple tenants. No deposit given to you!! Rent paid late every month endless calls to them and stress. When i wanted my house back at the end of tenancy the problems got worse. 6 months of messing me around delaying me because "apparently" the tenants refuse to move and changed locks. When in reality they were constantly communicating with the tenants and took the money privately. Finally, got my property back once I included the council and was willing to go to court. The house was trashed, over 10k in damages. The agent did not care, whole experience was a nightmare and don't wish it on anybody so I am warning everyone not to give Blue Bricks formally knows as MSL estate a property.... Read more

Outstanding customer service and first-rate communications across the team. Main contact was Safwan - a friendly and very genuine chap. Also, dealt latterly with Zayn and occasionally with Samual and all were professionals. The team were wonderfully supportive through an extended and difficult sales process with a number of chain breaks but remained proactive, cheerful and practical, continually coming up with fresh marketing strategies to ensure we got the best possible deal. A bunch of crooks. Please stay well clear of these amateurs. Both landlords and tenants beware!! You will seriously regret dealing with these people, and it will cost you dearly. It took me almost a year to get my grievance dealt with by the Property Ombudsman. In the end, I was offered £150 compensation after raising my complaint through them. MSL Estates ignored all my letters and phone calls. The £150 cannot compensate for the pain and misery these people caused me and my wife for well over a year! In the end, my wife and I decided to move forward and accept their offer of compensation, so we could move forward and have peace and closure. I cannot comprehend how these people are still in business and are allowed to operate.... Read more
