Awful! Called so many times leaving my details for a viewing but never once got a call back. Then when I call again they tell me its gone! Do they know how to provide a service???

Having dealt with many estate agents I'm used to delays in responses, constantly having to provide the same info and being left uncertain with respect to next actions.
Having liaised with Alya from Aston Bradley, I must say my experience with Aston Bradley was brilliant. Very professional, prompt with responses and she went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. A credit to the organisation. Will certainly recommend Aston Bradley and will be using them again in future. 5 Star service.

My experience renting with Aston Bradley has been simply the best I had so far.
Alya who handled the letting procedure was exeptional in her reliability, accessibily, kindness and care.
I would definitely advice anybody who fell on a rogue letting agent in the past, and is looking to for a way out, to contact this agency.
I never recommended a letting agent before but these guys will really change your mind.
They interact with you in the most open, welcoming and caring way everytime you contact them, and never sound annoyed, or rude.
They are tenant orientated and sincere with you right from the start.
To summarise I feel they simply understood exactly the how to being an oustanding letting agency.
Shout out to Alya again,letting manager in perry barr.

Look like they have issue with Indian Muslim, over 3 month no of property viewed with them and alway give different different excuses. With 3 person income £4500 not enough for them. If you don't like to give property then clearly say no. Stop wasting time.

I have booked appointment in past for may many time they confirmed it ask for documents and deposit .I attand office wit it.when ever I accepted deal they make excuses like ...owner is out of country , owner dont want to give,owner has decided to give some one on its own,
Lady who work there is so rude and unprofessional

If you dont want to give certain community certain cast or certain people from certain countries than dont waste others time

We contacted Aston Bradley for a house valuation. We had never used them before but saw them on the RICS website. Have to say could not as for better service. Alli provided clear and added information, everything was done on time and when scheduled. The pricing was very fair. Could not fault them for Carrying out a house valuation. Recommend.

The best in town!! Very supportive and professional leading staff. Very polite and friendly (being kind n friendly can make all the difference)
I have to say Ali is an all rounder and Nicki is also big credit to Aston Bradley. She always goes above and beyond to help out and with all the advice and gets the job done either be it rent, sell or buy.

Unprofessional and incompetent!
This is based on many occasions where I have attempted to communicate with the branch based in Perry barr. The staff appear unknowledgable, deceiving and unhelpful. I feel sorry for people who are trying to sell with them. I imagine the lack of communication with potential buyers would cause a delay in sales, reduction in property prices

Aston Bradley have managed both residential and commercial property for us over the last 10 years. I have found the Company and Staff to be courteous and Professional to the highest standards. Indeed, since taking over property management from a previous Company, our turnover has increased and management costs have been very reasonable. Advice whenever required is prompt and meeting current regulations. I have no hesitation in recommending this First Class Estate Agency, we have dealt with many in the past and this genuinely meets all our requirements.

Terrible service!, and i think some of the listing are fake because they never get back to you about them. I don't know the name women who keeps answering the phone when i call but she hasn't got a clue. I would say when runing a business it is recommended to employee professional staff to answer the phone as they are the first point of contact for potential customers rather than someone who should be working in a nail parlour.

hey are simply a bunch of lazy liars and crooks. Slow to answer the phone. Nobody seems to know anything about any of the properties they advertise on their own website. They continued to advertise properties and update the listing after having told us that the property is no longer available. It takes ages to get a viewing of their properties which are all dirty with fixtures hanging of the walls and do not look at all like the pictures in their advertisements. The guy who shows you the places knows nothing about the properties, he even quotes different prices than on the website. "Admin Fees" not advertised come from nowhere, at one moment they are £180 then they are £225. They want £200 for some rude lazy unprofessional lady, with poor communication skills, to sit and fill out a form for you to 'apply' for a chance of getting a property, as if you're applying for benefits at a Jobcentre, then they phone you back a few hours later with a made up excuse for why it's not available. You go to get your money back and have to sign a form, with many pages of others who have signed in the same month to get their money back. All the time surrounded by a bunch of lazy, unhelpful and unprofessional individuals, one of which was stuffing her face with a creme pie, whilst another was sitting chatting to her colleague like a school kid. They are time wasters and just come across like con artists looking to get money off you with no interest in actually doing any work. If you do hand over any money to them, be quick to get it back, and I would strongly advise against trusting them. Avoid unless you like your time being wasted, and throwing around your hard earned money with no guarantees of anything.
